  1. I’m going to ignore Josh Allen’s 10 rushing touchdowns and say that I 100% whole heartedly agree with everything in this post

  2. The Josh Allen one is a little silly because he has 10 rushing TDs too. I get the comparison but realistically Bo isn’t there yet. It is absurd that people think he’s a bust though because his performance overall this season has been good and very typical of a young player

  3. Just conveniently leave off josh allens ten rushing TD and the entire context of his career up to this point lmao.

And yeah herbert isnt an elite QB atp but hes also 3rd in passing so lets conveniently leave that off as well.

  4. One day we will all realize that even in a big sample size yards, touchdowns, and interceptions don’t tell us much about quarterbacks. Broncos fans should be the first fanbase to know this considering Reddit uses those those three stats to shit all over the greatest player in franchise history all the time.

  5. Allen glaze makes sense considering his playoff wins, but having to hear how Herbert is one of the best with less to show for it than Bo is grating

  6. it’s Bo’s footwork man. it’s the footwork. it hurts my eyes when he does screw up. it’s awesome to see when he does have it right.

  7. Valid but also judging off of just Ints and passing tds is an incredibly biased and poor statistical analysis

  8. It’s crazy how his yards and TDs are so high with out offense being anemic 80% of the time.

  9. Lots of QBs have a sophomore slump. Bo is winning through it though clearly has struggle some. Calling him a bust is insane but he’s not fucking Josh Allen.

Also not a Broncos fan, just chirping in.

  10. The second you dig below the surface at all, the numbers show Bo being nowhere near these guys levels. Success Rate (how often do your passes keep the offense “on schedule”) Josh Allen 49.3%, Herbert 47.7%, Nix 43.4%. ANY/A (the QB stat with the highest correlation to winning) Allen is at 6.99 while Herbert and Nix are down at 5.97 and 5.88 respectively. I can go on on but Nix is consistently the lowest of the three in any non counting metric while usually you’ll have at least one of the two significantly higher. This is with Nix having the best supporting cast of the group as well considering the Bills defense and recievers suck while Herbert doesn’t have an O-line. With this defense, Nix is good enough to win a lot of games. But let’s not be stupid and compare him to top 10 QBs because he isn’t one at this point in his career

  11. I honestly like Bo, and am still pissed we took an edge rusher over Allen, after having sent scouts up to Laramie and everything.

Allen’s lower completion percentage in college never bugged me that much, because it’s rather windy in Wyoming. I’ve never seen a detailed analysis of how much the wind would impact Wyoming QB’s, but what’s obvious is obvious, or something.

  12. Crummy Bo Nix is 19th in QBR! Amazing Josh is 16th!

Allen has 28 sacks. Bo has 12. Bo also has over 100 yards less in sacks.

Allen now has more interceptions than Bo too.

One guy is a 2nd year player who is getting better, one is the reigning MVP who I thought cleaned this stuff up.
