Gannon also ruled out pass rusher Baron Browning when Arizona hosts the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. This will be the second game missed for Browning due to a concussion.

If Beachum is out this week — his status is to-be-determined — undrafted rookie Josh Fryar figures to get starting reps after doing so when Beachum was sidelined.

“He’s a guy that’s really improved his game. … I think he’s continued to get better,” Gannon said. “Player development never stops, even during the season.”

Arizona (3-7) also has Jeremiah Byers and Trey Wedig as practice squad options. Wedig worked out and signed with Arizona this week.

  1. If you count the guys on IR, that’s #30 on the injury report. I fear this regime might be given another season using this excuse

  2. where the fuck is that christian jones guy? i questions his existence more then BJ at this point.

  3. Addition by subtraction. We could put a traffic cone at RT and it’d probably look better than Jonah Williams out there

  4. The worst part of this is that he was the best player at that position. I can’t even imagine how bad the other options are.

  5. I like to know if every other NFL team is as beaten up as this team. It might be easier to name count just the healthy people on the roster. I’d expect a large roster turnover next year. It’s shocking how many guys haven’t played much since being signed / drafted by ARZ. Need a better S&C coach and training staff to keep these guys upright.

  6. Honestly he’s been out for the season for a while. He’s probably a great guy and showed promise when he was younger but to call him a turnstile is an insult to turnstiles. Traffic cone is more correct. So many plays he barely got a hand on the edge rusher. Like he couldn’t even hold the guy if he wanted. His PFF grades are a mystery. Don’t know how it can be worse
