  1. Cmon, he’s played one game then we had 2 weeks to discuss him.

I like Shough but if he is mediocre the rest of the season, I’m going to complain on reddit and express how the team needs to draft another QB.

I hope he’s great, and if he is, I’ll tout that I’ve been a fan since his dog jumped around on draft day.

  2. I’ve been a Saints fan since the 70’s. Speaking generally on behalf of the fan base I’ve obversed for 5ish decades, we always support our new QB’s. Until we have good reason to stop supporting, that is exactly what we do.

I was all in when Moore chose Rattler as QB1. Fuck yeah! Let’s do this! I bought the Sunday ticket for the first time in years! I’m very encouraged by our new coach. Then Rattler started making a lot of repetitive bad decisions and it became very clear that he was not playing QB1 level ball.

  3. I flew from South Carolina to New Orleans for the game tomorrow because fuck the falcons.

I will be picking up my Shough Y’all shirt while I’m here.

  4. I’m with Shough. That pass and one handed catch by Olave was incredible. He’s our guy so if you’re actually a Saints fan and not a bandwagoner, you have to pull for him.

    Who dat and I believe

  5. I feel like this Sunday will be the most energy the dome has had since the eagles game in week 3 last year. He had a really promising game before the bye. It’s the falcons at 3 pm. Should be great vibes Sunday.

  6. Guys, I think Shough is our guy. We’re not dealing with a Shadeur level talent, thank god. I’ve seen a good chunk of his college tape, and what we saw vs the Panthers, is pretty much what he looked like in college. If I had to guess, the decision makers who remember Brandon Weeden, prolly lobbed Shough into that category. Kellen knew what he was looking at.

I’m not calling him a world beater, because we don’t know yet. But he has the f’n tools. Belee dat!
