Glad we resigned him. There was a point last year where that was unlikely.
I’m man enough to admit I didn’t like the trade initially. Hell, I didn’t want them to trade Kat to begin with but he has done very well here. He even fought off his own negative stigma and performs very well in the playoffs.

Dude is a beast. Im also glad they used a photo from a cup game. Seeing him with that green glow makes it seem like he was exposed to radiation and that gave him his superpowers

I love the green court gives him intresting lighting in the photo
When the trade happened I was pissed because I thought Big JU and RUDY on the floor together would cause a nightmare spacing issue for ANT and really take away from his slashing ability. Big JU can really stretch the floor much better than I ever imagined and his playmaking in the post or face up is much better than KAT… I would have loved to see KAT come back for one more season to run it back, but not at the expense of entering the second apron.
Julius is our most consistent offensive player while Edwards is our best offensive player (but currently lacks consistency). McDaniels would arguably be better than both of them if allowed to take 20 shots per game.
Julius has really been excellent for this team since the 2nd half of last season. Ant is the young superstar and gets all the attention but Julius is absolutely the motor of this team.
He’s quickly become my favorite player.

Pre order injury Julius and post injury Julius are like two different players entirely. It takes some emotional maturity and gumption to make those adjustments

the majority of this sub were drama queens last year after the trade and it took months for the ‘trade him for a sack of potatoes and get him off my team’ energy to simmer down. I bought a Julius jersey a week after the trade cuz I support my team and its players.
