Nick, Brou BOTH call a Cowboys upset W vs Eagles 👀 will Stafford strengthen MVP Case? | FTF

Burrow back. Maybe line the Patriots Bengals keeps shrinking. It was 5.5. Now it’s up to 6.5. It’s just moving around a lot. Videos of Joe Burrow looking spry keeps surfacing. Officiently, officially questionable. Or should I be stressed if Burrow plays? I wouldn’t say stressed but concerned, like a game that would have been, at least on paper, fairly easy, now gets somewhat difficult. The fact that Ja’Marr Chase is out, changes everything. If Jamar was playing and Joe Burrow, then I’d say, I still think New England is better just because Cincinnati’s defense, but yeah, it would be a big concern. I actually am more concerned about Baltimore. Because Burrow will almost it appears almost certainly play in that game on Thursday, and he’ll have Ja’Marr Chase, and they play him twice. Now Baltimore has done well against him, but still, again, if, if now these games are, yeah, they’re dangerous, you could, you could lose those games. So but I don’t, I don’t, I think you guys will be all right. So can we throw up the Pats schedule. And I’m, this is not a, the Pats have had such an easy schedule thing. Can I say something on behalf of rational Patriots fans? You, you, we have had an easy schedule. It came out early in the year and we had the second easiest schedule. The, the. So here’s, so, but that, while correct, that’s not the point I was trying to make. The Point I was trying to make is, here is why, yes, you should maybe be a little more nervous, but also you should be thankful. That you’re getting this opportunity because you guys are gonna be in the playoffs, obviously. If I’m Mike Vrabel, I’d like to have a few more instances of seeing how my defense does. Against teams that have someone that can complete a forward pass, this is like on the show how you’re handing the dynasty I handed the dynasty torch to you and you’re now handing it back to me. What do you? You’re right. That’s exactly what I have. Oh really? you’re looking forward to the playoffs. So the, well, that’s true. Just two dynasties, but they, they do get, correct. So throw that back up real quick because my point is up to this point in the season. You’ve played Josh and you’ve played Bake show, um, Fields, Pennix, Dylan Gabriel, Cam, Spencer Rattler, Bryce, Rodgers, who you lost to Tua, Geno, who you lost to, um, and so, and then if Burrow’s not playing, it’s like, wait, going into the postseason, it’s gonna be Fields, Flacco, Dart, Josh, who you’re gonna have experience with, Lamar, who is a great player but also doesn’t really prepare you to play. Other quarterbacks. Exactly. And then again, the Jets and Dolphins. And so I think this makes the game harder, but is a good test run for parts of your defense that maybe you want to shore up. We are already moving on to the play. We’re still focused here, but we’re also looking ahead, you know what I mean? All right. Can I tell you one other thing, that I thought you were gonna say? What this could be a really good. You, you, we showed the MVP odds earlier. It’s Vegas-wise, it is a two-man race. I know we’re saying it’s three-man, but Jonathan Taylor’s 8 to 1. Stafford’s + 125. Drake is + 140. So they are, it is neck. Neck. This can also be a stats game, bro. Like he’s never had a 300 yard passing game, not that that really matters because his numbers have been so good up, but you, you should be able to use to torch the Bengals’ defense, and that could be really good for Drake. We’re gonna have a larger conversation on my feelings on Drake’s MVP. You don’t want him. Wow. Kind of, really, a little bit. Why? Mahomes won it in year 2. Lamar won it in year 2. I think a ton of just going into the, I don’t even know if he wants to win it. He wants to win it. I’m not sure he wants to win it. Do you want an Emmy? Not really, no, I do. I wanna do it. Exactly. If I got the Emmy, you think that’d be good for the show? No, it’d be horrible. No, I want to get an Emmy. I know you want it. I mean, you want it, you mean if they say like first things first gets it, you can go up on stage. No, no, best, best like host guy talking sports, new award, and you got, no, you, oh, if I got it, the show’s over. I’m letting you know. like, you know, right now, not getting it. We don’t recover from that. We’re the scores and storylines. Eagles in Dallas, lots of drama. Dallas making a run. I tried to roll that storyline out. It’s gonna be back on Monday in a major way. Nick, let’s hear your score and a storyline for scores and storylines. This video looks great. Little NFL Films dust. Dust. Eagles offense can’t match Cowboys’ firepower. Cowboys 27-24. Wow. So I think Brew and I are actually on the same page on this one. I just listen. I. I have massive respect for what the Eagles have accomplished over the last 2 years, and I, and I’m certain Brew agrees with me on this, will not panic for them if they don’t panic themselves, um, just because if they lose a divisional game against a team with an excellent offense. But where the Eagles have looked do when they’ve looked dominant this year, it’s been because they’re off, their defensive line has manhandled people. I don’t think they’re gonna be able to manhandle the Cowboys’ offensive line, and I do think right now, It’s not just AJ Brown complaining that’s the biggest problem with the offense. The biggest problem with the offense is there’s a problem with the offense. They go 3 and out more than any team in the league. They, they, 40% of their drives, and 44% of their drives end in punts, which is the third most of anybody in the league. Those are all greatly concerning, and I don’t think, I think they are coming off two of their worst offensive performances of the year, albeit in wins. I think the. The Cowboys are coming off arguably their one of their best offensive performances granted it’s against the Raiders, so I think it’s 27-24 Cowboys. I’m in agreement with you. I like the score too. I think that very well could be it. Look, I think Jalen plays fairly well. I don’t think he’s bad. I don’t think he’s a host of turnovers or anything like that. I think he’ll throw for a touchdown, maybe two, and I think AJ will get a touchdown, really, yes, but. I just think Dak is 6-1 against the Eagles in Dallas, 21-2, I believe, against the NFC East at home. So he, the Cowboys feel real good about themselves. I think Quinnin Williams, Kenny Clarke, like they can shut down the. Saquan will not go crazy, maybe 60 yards or less. So I think Dallas does come away with this. If you let AJ Brown score a touchdown, you screwed up. If you’re, if you’re, what do you mean he’s a great receiver. He’s a great receiver, but you have to, priority number one needs to be shut down AJ Brown and let the tumult within the locker room fester. You cannot let him score a touchdown. If I was, so you think if he scores, they win. Probably because I think it’s the vibe starting to get better. Real quick before we move on to the next score and storyline, Jalen Carter obviously didn’t play this game. Do you have him, do you see him having a little bit of a revenge game even though he, no, I think it’s more the other way. I’m really cur. I’m really, yeah, in this regard. Offensive linemen, you know, during, after plays can get away with a lot if they want to. And I’m really curious how the Cowboys’ offensive linemen react in the pile to a guy who spit on their quarterback. Like that’s, you know, like I think that that is, I think Jalen Carter, I think Jalen Carter has to be on his best behavior, you know, that, and I think that. If they get, if they get the opportunity, I wonder if there’s a little, you know, how are you doing there to them. Not, not spittle. I’m talking about more, you know, we’re headed to Kansas City. Mahomes is going ahead with the league’s best offense. Here are the offensive ranks, Brew. I know we don’t want to believe in Daniel Jones, but the most points, most yards, most yards per play, 3rd best RedZone percentage. They don’t give, they give the ball away decent times. What’s your scoring score storyline and scores the storylines. We’ve all been doing this for a while. And you know there are times where you think you’re going to feel one way, but as you really start thinking about, you know, who am I picking, you know what, you find yourself going another way. I don’t know and all week long, I don’t know which way you were going all week long I would think, I, I think I’ve been hinting at the Chiefs. But no, I am going Indianapolis 29, Kansas City 26. I’m shocked that. I look, they’re off the bye week. They have. Arguably the best offensive line in the league, and I think that offensive line is gonna have success. I think they’re gonna win the battle of the trenches. I think Jonathan Taylor is gonna have 140+ yards, including a long breakaway. Alright, I think Mahomes is fine. I don’t think he’s superb. I think he’s fine. I think he throws one pick, maybe has a couple of interceptions or touchdowns, and I also think Daniel Jones is solid, not turnover prone, not doesn’t light him up, has to use his legs a little bit. He hadn’t done that much. This year, but I think Indy and with Louan Arumo, their defensive coordinator, you know, he knows the Chiefs maybe better than any other DC in the league, has had success against them. I think they’re gonna make it tough on him. Well, I, I, I have a lot of very quick opinions here because you’re right, Brew. There’s a lot of things we know about doing these shows that the audience might be, you know, surprised by, like what you said. You think you’re leaning one way, you’re leaning another. Here’s another thing I know about doing these shows. You can kind of couch how much crow you’re gonna have to eat for a correct or incorrect opinion by how much attention you draw to that opinion. And the fact that we have talked about this game all week long. And it’s, we got 30 minutes left in our Friday show and Brew is debuting the I actually have the Colts makes me feel like that while he had a lot of bass in his voice while delivering the take, that he is not fully 10 toes down on it. Certainly the nap is still on the board. There’s a little I was going with the. And I also think Brew is underestimating the power of the top spot on the Bud list, which was Patrick Mahomes. So if there was ever any concern I had, it was eliminated at 4:00, 4:15 yesterday when I saw Patrick atop the Bud list. Listen. I respect the Colts. I deeply respect Jonathan Taylor, and Louan Arumo is a great coordinator, and I think Shane Stein’s done a nice job. If this is a de facto playoff game for the Chiefs at Arrowhead, they’re not gonna lose. And so I disagree with Brew on this. KW or, do you think the Colts are gonna win? Kinda. I thought I, yeah, I, I don’t, I’m, I want the Chiefs to win. OK, but I, no, I, I that’s what I thought you, I mean, I’m not gonna be screaming that town like Pacers. I’m not either. I, I’m not, I have no, I want, well, a, it’s, I want the one seed, so I want the Colts to take the loss. So you and I, I don’t think it’s gonna be good for the show. For the league, for my own viewing experience to have the Chiefs not in it. But there’s something missing there. all that like sauce, the sauce acquisition is just at the end, like, oof, you guys were great and you got better and you’re off a buy. Ouch. Buckle up for this one. Bucks at Rams. Nick, you’ve got the Bucks in the Super Bowl. This is my NFC championship game. Bucks Rams from before the year. Last week, the Rams, I think, sent you some flowers. So I’m afraid to ask, how do you see this game playing out between Two teams that you’re very fond of. Brew, you know how KW pretends he hates the doorbell and the flowers bit. That’s not, I’m not that good of an actor. OK, well then, we’ll see if, see if the audience believes it after this, because I think what you’re gonna see is disappointment on KW’s face. It’d be great because there’s no doorbell, there’s no flowers. Just straight cogent analysis. Would love it if that’s the case. Stafford strengthens his MVP case. Rams 24 bucks 21. What? Yeah, I, I know. I, I’m as shocked as anyone. Brew has the bucks. I have the Rams in this game. It’s not what I saw coming because Brew doesn’t believe in the Bucks. I do believe in the Bucks, but I think that no Bucky Irving and first game back for Godwin and the Rams coming off such a great win, I, and the, you know, I hate teams going east to west so hard, uh, and so I’ll just take the Rams by 7. Now. How do you, does, I mean, that’ll be 6 and 56 and 5, and then they win you got them winning. No, I mean, I think they’re gonna win the. If they lose this game, the hopes that I had of them being the 1 seed are obviously dead. They win this game, then they have the tiebreaker with the Rams, and they would just take an Eagles swoon to where it’s possible. I just think right now this moment, the Rams are playing better football. So, they are. There’s no doubt about that, but I think again they’re due 5 straight wins. I think they didn’t look good last week. To some degree, I mean, a win is a win. It was a good win over a great team. The offense didn’t look good. The offense didn’t play well. Yeah, I think Baker backs against the wall. I love Baker comes out slinging it. I actually think he leads a game winning drive, and they could reminiscent of that field goal to win it of his Rams game winning drive. Oh, that would be sick field goal, last second field goal like that. You know what that segment needed? Flowers and lipstick on an envelope. Maybe not.

  1. Like Orlovsky said Eagles should go 2 TE play-action and also Run out a 6-man O-line with Toth next to Fred johnson. They should also go 4-Wide and both Run and play-action out of that Set too. Show Looks you havent' shown all year.

  2. I just watched a vedio showing that national media has been trashing hurts n saving players like allen and herbert
. People in philly need to wake up and see that philly media sucks and shows like this amd collin have agenda they are pushing with all this nonsense

  3. Eagles stuff getting out of hand. We wanna use records and all this for Dak when you could literally do the same for Hurts and the Eagles. Oh they’re undefeated in KG. They’re 27-3 in last 30. 80% Win percentage when Jalen and AJ finish games. We can literally do that all day. The Eagles defense is more of a test for that offense if anything. But we’ll see, Go Birds💚

  4. Why is everyone saying cowgirls gonna win this has been hilarious throughout all platforms the hate for Philly is crazy everyone’s drooling over there downfall that will never come as long as Jalen Hurts continues to be HIM💯💪

  5. These guys are jokes? They make all these predictions and there’s no accountability for their picks? And nick wright with his relentless pandering to Kansas City is ridiculous and often wrong? He should change his last name to Wrong? It’s more apropro! He is so afraid of the Eagles 🦅 and he knows that they have Kansas City’s number!! Fly Eagles Fly

  6. I think this phrase applies mostly to Hurts but it seems it applies to the team now too. Everyone is better than the Eagles until it's time to beat the Eagles.

  7. To the Cowboys credit, their O-line has improved since week 1. The Eagles are also bringing in Jaelen Phillips, Jalen Carter and Nakobe Dean to play this next game, weren't in week 1. The Cowboys currently have the 3rd worst defense in the league. If the Eagles offense plays as mediocre as they've been, they should still get the W. I'd guess 20-13 Eagles.

  8. Dallas is not scoring 27 points on this Eagles Defense! Nick’s has zero objectivity when it comes to the Eagles and the Chiefs….he’s delusional on thinking the Eagles aren’t good and the Chiefs are great.

  9. Idk how the eagles coaches don’t change what they are doing when the problems are obvious. The run game is not doing good bc Jalen isn’t using qb runs and edges are crashing to the RB bc they know he isn’t running it. The passing game is bad bc we are predictable running the most hitch routes in the nfl we have 3 players in the top 5 at running hitches so defenses know whats coming and jumping routes leaving nowhere to throw for Jalen. Also we are using 12 and 13 personnel wayyyy to much and with TEs that are horrible at blocking it makes no sense why calcaterra and granson are blocking when they are ranked the lowest in blocking and we are taking AJ off the field instead of running 11 and spreading the defense out . We need to stop being so conservative and playing not to loose it hurts my soul to see our defense balling so hard and our offense being trash if we can be decent we would’ve blown the packers and lions out easily

  10. I think yall are lame… 2nd 5:34 the birds are that bad yes. But thats cause we faced the best of the best…. last time we played the cowgirls.. Carter wasn't in… and phillips

  11. I love how Quinnen Williams is a monster, and Jalen Carter is going to get dominated. You do realize that Jalen Carter is probably the 2nd best DT in the NFL after Quinnen Williams right?
