There’s a shot and it’s stopped by Solder as Big Tage Thompson lean into that one. That seems like a a good number. And I’m sure Conor was frustrated last night, too. He did get a he had a lot of shots. He had a lot of chances in last night’s game. Went pointless. There’s a chip from the side of the crease that goes wide off the stick of Alex Tuck. And the faceoff win by the Buffalo Sabres. Kind of a team win right there. And a nice pass by Power. Right. Tusi’s got seven goals his last five games. Here’s Tuck with a steal. Fed across. And the Sabres go back to work in the net advantage. Sharp angle by Tuck. Stopped by Sodom. Puck worked in by Josh Don. Turns, passes, power, feeds it over off the crossbar. And this this pass had eyes. Here’s Tims walks the line. Sooker watched by Renzel. There’s a good pass in front. They score Mloud on the setup by Zooker. And it’s 41 Buffalo. Instead, maybe take a look around, have your head on a swivel, and see who’s late. And the score again. Seconds later, a shot for the point by Samuelson. Finds his way past Solder Bloom. And the Sabres up 51. Renzel Green off the boards off the wall. Still with it. Classic shoot. Scores. Flick lets it go. You talked about a banger. The Hawks needed a goal and they get it from Alex Blic. Getting it from your D as well. Good puck possession time. That’s the second goal of the season for Blic. Here we go. Makes a good play to Leanov. Pass down low. Verusi on the back hand save by Lucan and is able to cover up the rebound. A left hand shot. Keep your eye on the stick position of Verusi. He’s telling Lefchov, “That’s where I want it.” And he’s hoping the goalender goes down a little early, but give UPPL the goalender a lot of credit to play to start the third. Yeah. Minute six left in the power play carry over from the end of the second period. Chance to cut the lead to three as Tamina gets the puck to the line. Verusi plays it across, goes in between Nazar and Bard. Now Bard’s on it. Works it deep. Here’s Bertusi. Fires it across and it’s shot high by Terraina. Never got a clean shot away. Just delete this video and pretend like this game never happened
All those feel good feelings OUT THE WINDOW! A choke job followed by a no-show vs. a horrid team. Had a chance to put the Seattle 3rd period behind them instead…THIS. All except Bedard and Bertuzzi should be walking back home
Boys youre supposed to do this Sunday. When you play the Avalanche. Not against BUFFALO!
Dam that is our most embarrassing loss yet
Are we frauds?
Was Soderblom even awake?
Chicago Blackhawks for life! Even when this happens
…and why didn't they pull Soderblom?
This is what happens when you don’t have Knight bailing the team out. Soderbloom only saw 30 SOG. Not good.
Where is knight??
I was at this game tonight and what I saw was absolutely sickening. No timeout from Blashill? No goalie change? No spirit AT ALL from any Hawk tonight aside from Bert! Get angry when you are getting worked that bad! Hawks looked pathetic tonight and it was THE worst Hawk game I’ve been to and I’ve been to countless games since 96 and this was easily the worst.
Good thing this was only an exhibition scrimmage. Oh… wait… WHAT?
Did Chicago have a goalie crisis and end up playing the Zamboni driver?
Is Spencer Knight injured? If he wasn't good to go I would have taken the emergency goalie over Soderblom
What happened.
Why is Connor Murphy even on the ice? He’s useless.
Bettman needs the better teams to take a dive once in a while to preserve fan support for the underdogs.
The Hawks worst shellacking I’ve seen in my life, and I’m almost 70 years old.
For once I’m actually glad they left the goalie in there the entire game so they could make it obvious how this was his loss. What an embarrassing game for Soderblom. One of the ugliest performances I can remember of a goaltender. Gave up so many soft goals.
Bertuzzi is flying..very gritty player that the Leafs are regretful of that trade !
Good Lord…. Soderblom is worse than Mrazek. I didn't think that was possible.
Even if Knight was in, the D was so bad that he's probably giving up 5 or 6 of these. Until the Hawks address the D (which has been the same problem since the dynasty broke up), they will only be able to get so far.
