  1. If it were up to me, I would trade Ous for CP3 straight just to get him a ring this year after his one year tenor with us

  2. Absolute legend, easily one of the funnest players to watch (for me, I know he was divisive for a lot of people) back when. I love a genius passer and elite midrange scorer

My friends clowned on me/OKC (they’re Rockets fans lol) when the trade happened, but I was so excited to see him play for us since I’m not old enough to have seen the OKC Hornets

  3. Still remember watching the bubble thunder w cp3, dennis Schroeder, and baby shai+ the emrgence of the harden stopper, dorture chamber 💪

Mannnn we’ve come a long way

  4. I remember going to his first game in the OKC Hornets era. My dad had access to a couple season tickets through his job so he and I went to about half of the home games for those two years.

The Hornets got crushed in a lot of those games but Chris Paul was the first star that I ever rooted for.

I’m not a jersey collector, but I recently found this signed Chris Paul jersey at a card store and had to grab it.

  5. Many moons ago CP3 in his rookie year would get a lot of Charlestons to go and no matter what he ordered he would pay with a $100 and tell the staff to keep it.

Single burger and fries? Keep it
Steack dinners and a couple of salads keep it!

I believe the potato soup was one of his favorites, I was curious about what he enjoyed most.

  6. One of my fav teams was that 19-20 team. Cp3 could’ve bailed and quit but he didn’t. He wanted to play that season for okc and it was one of the most fun thunder seasons. Cp3 needed okc and Okc needed cp3 that year. Helped so much with Shai and Dort. All these decisions led to where Okc is now but i would’ve loved for us to beat Houston in that bubble series.

  7. He technically played 1 season for the Thunder, but with his Hornets connection… would it be bonkers to retire his number????

  8. I understand why you Oklahoma folks love him, but as a Thunder fan in a different state- good fucking riddance 🫡
