No Joe Burrow: Bengals WILL NOT activate Joe Burrow ahead of Sunday’s game vs Patriots

No Joe on Sunday. At least no Joe Burrow. Hi again everyone. I’m James from Locked on Bengals. And that’s the case. Joe Burrow is not going to be activated by Sunday or by Saturday at 4 p.m. but for Sunday’s game against the New England Patriots. Why? Well, the Bengals playing it safe, playing it cautious. Here’s my question. How much less risk is there starting him a few days from now? It sounds like he’s going to play in Thanksgiving or on Thanksgiving in Baltimore. Guess what? It’s the same amount of risk. It’s no different. I think they were worried about that the quick turnaround a few days uh in between games. Fine. But Joe Burrow might be coming back to a three and eight team. That’s my concern. If you’re bringing Joe Burrow back, you want to give him a chance at making a run at 3 and seven. They could have gotten to five and seven in in a 5day span. That still could be the case. But Joe Flacco is going to be the one that leads them on Sunday against the Patriots. The Patriots have won eight straight. The Bengals are 1-7 in their last eight games.
