who’s an offse workout buddy with Clayton Keller in Pittsburgh as this one is sent in. comes 
back out high and played in behind the net by Taylor Radish and around for Lafrrenier. Radish 
going after it again. Fox with a shot stopped by Bilka. Fzinski now little reverse. John Marino 
tries to go off the boards. Can’t get it out. Fzinski now cutting towards the front denied. 
Vamela side of the net trying to take it away. Nate Schmidt Fox across Connor Sherry into the 
middle. Battled away by Vana. A bid by Lafrrenier. Penalty is over and we’re going to cover in the 
crease spent some time in Anaheim. He’s found a home in New York. Carson Susi. Now Carrick 
with it and it bounces in. some coverage too from the forwards which allowed him to dive down 
knowing that there was a safety valve behind him. Comes out high. Schneider with a shot stopped 
and stirred away by Vamela. Another good save there from Vamela. That one was tough to track. 
Now McBain played it in behind the net. Burka’s there right back to the front in circuit and now 
D Simone with a shot. Cold tonight with Dmitri Simishv who should also point out Nick D. Simone 
a paired with male surgich. [ __ ] right towards the net. Denied. Kulie cut behind the net. Tried 
to center it. He had Gunther moving along and maybe an onand rusher for Utah. Keller brings it 
back. He’s got Marino going hard. Keller shoots. Stop that time. Rebound in front and they can’t 
finish it off. Energy definitely seems better here in the early stages, doesn’t it, Nikki? No 
doubt. Smith wristster loose. They score. JJ Perka and Lawson Crow in there 
as well as one up in Utah. Hard work. This is compete level and this is 
scrainess at its best. Watch the way this puck gets one out of the corner. Watch the way these 
guys fight for every inch of the net. And then it’s a single arm stab from JJ Purka that gets 
this to go. Fela will stir to the corner. And now keeping it and shooting it up high. Mela, what 
a stop. Member teams packed house here tonight at the Delta Center as well as this one will be 
sent right on. Stopped as this one will be played along the nearboards. A hit there by Kulie. He 
can’t get it out, however. Parson in try to work it down low. Zabanagad back out high across Adam 
Fox and he scores and it was redirected in front and the Rangers are on the 
board. They’ve tied it at one basically a building standing in front of Vamela 
as he tries to see the shot. You see this goes over to the left point. You see Vamela trying 
to get whatever eyes he can and he just can’t see that puck as it finally hits the stick of 
Gavricov the defenseman who had come down to the slot. You rarely see DDD but the puck took a 
jump right there. I mean that puck couldn’t set it up. This is a key moment now though guys. 
You heard Andre Turin use the word sustain. He was happy with the start but Art Timmy Paner 
right back into the mammoth end to the front. Backhander that time. Troche up high and wide is 
the entry from the Rangers. Very consistent with how they’ve tried to use the point for offense 
getting that puck up to the defense but this time off the rush. Another good save from Carell 
Val. Yeah, just a shrug there from Good feed out high Marino. And now Kulie Marino shoots a stop 
rebound in front and backander that time Schmidt. Well Dane Schmidt’s got a 14ame point streak. 
He assisted on the Purka goal. It’s been far more consistent than that front presence from 
the Mammoth so far, has it not? I I guess so. Better battles getting inside all of that. Check 
marks on both. Morrow and now Culie Carone turns and fires over the top and out towards the 
front as we go under a minute remaining in the opening period and it’s sponsored by Mount 
Tai. Brought right back to the front and denied. Troche flying right now. Vincent Troche with a 
shot. Tried to throw it in front. Denied. Milka’s mask is loose. just it just comes off hot, but it 
makes it really hard to read because he doesn’t really take the stick back at all. The Cole shot 
got through. Sticked away by Jonathan Quick, which includes Clayton Keller. Sergachev, the 
other forward, Barrett Hayden in the four-on four. Keller’s got it. Keller to the front, 
shoots. Hayden trying to put it home. Quicks got it locked up. Take away the goalender’s eyes, but 
you also draw people to you. There’s Barry Hayden. Goes to the front of the net. Makes that a much 
tougher save. Nearly finds himself a rebound too, Nick. And not only has Jonathan Quick so flexible 
and explosive, he may be past his prime. Mcain over skates it. Going after it as Krauss picking 
it up. Serge brings it in across. Purkco with a shot and a stop by Quick. Eddie Jockan and Mike 
Richtor. Mike Richtor. Yeah, I just generation after generation. Here’s a chance. Paneran and 
he stopped and it wasn’t. Initial save and it gets by Mamela for a 2-1 Rangers lead. Paneran 
bottom of your screen here. He takes off and just assumes that puck is going to get there when he 
gets there. And it sure does. And then it’s not the initial shot that beats Vala, it’s the follow 
up as he kind of retreats back towards his net. The puck trickles in behind him. And you wonder 
how the Rangers were able to get up the ice so quickly. It was two. Sergeev drops it. Keller 
towards the front loose and quick reaches out. Panaran Troche and Lafern out there right now 
for the Rangers. The puck back the other way. I take it away. Here’s an opportunity. Emma the 
front. They score. No, that looked like it was in the entire Utah bench saying it was brought 
back and a stop by Mela that caught him up high. Horn will sound if that puck went in. We will 
hear. There it is. Horn sounds. Game tied. And this play all started with the pressure on 
the forche. That’s what created the turnover. Yamamoto loses that puck and you get a rare 
chance where Jonathan Quick is down and out and Keller takes advantage. And credit to 
Clayton Keller on the rebound. And by the way, as the play continued once the horn starts to go 
back, you got to put time back on right as this one to the front and covered by Carella. here to 
himself. Koulie again to the front Dylan Gunther and he can’t get it past Jonathan Quick the far 
side and then Koulie to Gunther here with a nifty little backhand pass through the seam. Oh, that 
puck got through somehow. Jonathan Quick something we’ve seen Dylan Gunther do here as you build 
momentum as well. Dylan Gunther with speed right to the front and that shot over the top by Gunther 
doesn’t know where it is into the corner now. Logan Kulie behind the net worked it to the front 
comes out Simone scores D Simone and the Buffalo products made it 32 harm’s way and then you earn 
your confidence you also earn your breaks. This is a shot that goes off the shin pad of the Ranger 
player and he’s going to chase it all the way back down. Oh, let’s go Buffalo as the Buffalo product 
gives him the lead. Shot on. Quick reaches out. Stirred it in behind the net. Keller off the 
boards. Purka brings it in. Purka with a shot and a stop by Jonathan Quick. That’s a huge save 
for the Rangers as well. Back to the front. Keller is there. He can’t put it pass quick. And then 
Perka with a chance. That’s a big save for the Rangers. Utah goes on to win this game. Remember 
that huge penalty kill as the captain had another look. Panaran right back to the front. Good stick 
here. Sergen trying to swing the man. It’s Purka. He’s stopped by Quick. JJ Purka recognizes this 
puck is turned over. Circ took a little bit to get his head up to see Purka but still was able 
to deliver that pass and Purka again tries to go between the legs. So extra attacker out on 
the ice for the Rangers. Comes across back out high. Adam Fox across Aanagad and a stop. 
Watch him move across assertively and stay big, stay forward. He is That’s a huge, huge work 
from Barrett Hayden. And now Keller will go down the boards. This is all about territorial 
edge. Here’s Schwolz to the front and a shot is handled by Quick. I have no idea how Keller 
didn’t put that home. How did that not go in?
