Houston Texans BEST Defense in Past TWO DECADES!! AFC Playoff Picture with Texans 8 SACK Win!

last night in Houston. Thriller, don’t sue me. Michael Jackson the state. Um, this was the defining game for the Texans defense. I told you this was going to happen. This was on the table and here it is. I set it up for you. This could be their you mad bro Legion of Boom up against Tom Brady game. This could be their no fly zone holding Aaron Roger to 770 yards moment. And that’s exactly what they did. Look at this. And these Reds, Dika Ryan squad giving us eight sacks on the toughest man to sack in football. They hit Josh 12 times in all. They forced three turnovers, 12 quarterback kits. Most importantly, they held the rating MVP without a touchdown four days after he scored six against Tampa. What does it say about Tampa? I don’t know. Will Anderson, Denil Hunter, they are both top four in the league in sacks. They’re so good. Sting Lee didn’t allow a single catch on the night. Kaylin Bulock had two picks and a forced fumble. This is the stuff of nightmares. Try to tell you the Texans aren’t out of this thing. In fact, they are so sexy right now. And I love them. And this is not only the best defense in the NFL, it’s one of the best we’ve seen in the last two decades. I told you this yesterday. I warned you Bills fans, here’s what’s coming. Huge shout out to DC Matt Burke. Thriving. Got the weapons to have his fun though, too. thriving since taking over defensive play calling after Houston’s 0 and3 start. This defense has now willed the team to a three and0 record since CJ Strad’s concussion. Credit to Davis Mills for holding it down and don’t want to short him. This has been legendary stuff though on the defensive side of the ball. I’m convinced not only that it’s going to carry them and be enough to squeak them into the playoffs, but they they’re going to go further than that. They’re not just going to squeak in. They’re going to do some damage. It might go far because Ste might get back and he’s healthy and he’s probably seeing the game a little differently, feeling himself. He’s going to have that shot shot out of a cannon mentality. The AFC as we know it is wide open as you’ll see from Kevin Durant. He can’t even pick a team he likes in the AFC because it’s eeny meeny miny mo um out of them. And after the Bills yesterday, I might eeny meeny miny mo more to the Patriots and more to the Chiefs than ever before. Um super interesting. But if this is the defense we’re getting week in week out from them and I think that it’s going to happen. Let’s take a look here. Texans now a half game back of the Jacks for the final wild card spot. Game back of the Bills and Chargers for the other two spots. Head-to-head tiebreakers over Buffalo and Jacksonville. And they get LA in week 17 with a chance to get that one as well. So these next two games at Indie at KCO critical games Hamilton Indie and Tex and the Texans. That’s so freaking fun. Yeah, they hate each other. That’s going to be great. Oh, yeah. And then Houston’s kind of had their number a little bit in recent years.

  3. Broncos defense outplayed the Texans defense. Spare us in Broncos Country the gushing over Texans when the Broncos already beat that same unit in their building.

  5. Texans got off to a rough start at 0-3 but they have won 6 of the last 8 and 3 consecutive wins with a backup QB. All losses have been by one score. This D is for the record books.

  15. Colts would have to learn from Pittsburgh mistakes of turnovers and Josh Allen mistakes . By the way Bills do not have deep receivers right now , that may be reason , Josh Allen could not get ahead. But Dave Mills did not play great either

  16. When I saw parts of the Thursday night game, I thought and felt of the 2013 Seahawks. These dudes just fly to the ball. And so far, the stats you provided match the Seahawks from 2013 right.
    I'm personally rooting for dj and the Colts. And we'll see if the Colts can manage these type of defenses. If they can they will be battle-tested.
    But I apologize. Let me get back to Houston…if what I said is true about them, that is very scary, lol.
    One more thing. Not just Houston, but this year's Seahawks/Rams/9'ers/Broncos/Eagles, and a few more are holding it down during an age where the rules favor offenses a lot.
    And I'm a fan of great/quick defenses tbh.

  20. Will the Texans be able to win more than 1 playoff game for the 1st time ever? It does look promising and I hope so. Still have 2 games with the Colts though, we will see how that plays out.
