REKAP: 🏀 Chicago Bulls 121-120 win over Washington Wizards. ‘Vuc’s postgame interview was 🔥!’

Welcome into the recap of the Bulls 121 120 
victory as they come all the way back from a big deficit to a lousy Washington Wizards

postgame interview tonight with Nicole Buchvich, but that’s why I love that guy. Casey Johnson’s 
interviewing him on CHSN and he was not happy. He said, “Yeah, we won.” And then Baze tried to 
come up behind him and give him a hug and he goes, “Get out of here.” And then Jaylen Smith’s like, 
“Be happy.” He’s like, “No.” and he walked away and waited till they left and came back in and did 
the interview and he said, “We have to be better. What we did tonight was not good. We didn’t play 
well. We don’t box out. We didn’t defend.” He was as honest as any guy I’ve seen in a long time in 
a postgame interview setting, especially after a victory. And I loved it because that team played 
terrible tonight until the final 8 n minutes and then they ran down a bad Wizards team and they 
escaped 121 to 120. So uh you know as long as you watch me do Bulls I love Vu. He went up 10 notches 
more with the way he handled that post game. What a stud. Uh let me give you the quick numbers 
for the Bulls tonight. Bazel had 13 and six. Uh, Dumu only had eight, but he did grab five 
rebounds. Vu 28 and 12 with three more threes. This dude’s just been a stud. And then Josh Giddy

You want to run over there on Sunday? Uh, get yourself something. Uh, 2812 and two with three 
threes for Vu Giddy. 18 12 and 11 in 34 minutes. two of three from three. Another triple double 
for this dude. He’s just a beast. Kobe White, 20 points, three rebounds, six assists. He had 
three threes, but he did take 11 of them. Three of 11. Not a very good percentage. And then 
10 points for Trey Jones. No Patrick Williams tonight out with an injury. And for the Washington 
Wizards, uh CJ McCullum had 18. 20 for Cory Kiss. But in the end, the Bulls do what they have to 
do. They ran them down. They didn’t play well, but they did find a way to win a game. Don’t 
forget tomorrow pre-cap 11:30, Ryan McGuffy and I will be previewing the Bears and the Steelers. 
Then we’ll uh chronicle that game and give you the recap as soon as it’s final. Bears and Pittsburgh 
Steelers, all three linebackers out. And I’m hearing Theo Benedict may not play now. That’s not 
good either. Uh we’ll see. Bears and Steelers, but Bulls win this one 121 120. Enjoy the rest of your

The #chicagobulls trailed for most of the game to a terrible #washingtonwizards team until about the 8 minute mark of the 4th quarter. The #bulls came back and got a much needed win after a blowout loss last night. But, #kap loved the postgame interview from #nikolavucevic because of his honesty. He wasn’t happy about the Bulls effort and said as much in the interview. He even turned teammates away. Vuc had 28 & 12 and #joshgiddey had another triple double in the win.

  3. Just not good enough. I said on X I respect Vuuch even more tonight. He was not celebrating a 1 point win over a 1 win team. He pushed both Buzelis and Smith away and told KC Johnson this team refuses to box out, teams are scoring at will on them and I love Vooch’s passion and honesty. This team has to be better!

  4. This team is HORRIBLE! Not good enough to make a deep play off run, not bad enough to get a top draft pick. We've been in purgatory for the last 10 years!!! Are we in win now mode or building for the future? Because the front office definitely doesn't seem to know!

  5. Thought jones fouled George at the end there, but a win is a win. Bulls should go all in this year and try to compete this year, and keep Vooch to be a locker room leader

  7. Bulls suck. Just give up every 4 th quarter.. ok . I wanna bet every game. Just lose 24 point leads. Vuch sucks. Lmfo. What world are you in … trade cody. Misses alot of 3s..

  10. Vučević has -3.8 +/-. 2nd worst on the team. He plays no defense and gets torched by the leagues best centers. He's been a major disappointment. He was brought here to bring the Bulls to the next level.
