1. Lol no one was clamoring for that. The Wendell gripes were that he couldn’t finish around the rim, rebound or hit FTs consistently.

3. Anytime someone says some dumb shit like that, I like to ask “Who you got in mind?” Usually they haven’t thought that far ahead, or that guy doesn’t exist, or his name is Nikola Jokic.

4. I don’t think people were calling for a “real” stretch 5. People were calling for Wendell to stop trying to play like one when he was hitting 23% from 3. Do the dirty work, get put backs, rim run, etc if the 3 isn’t falling for you. Now that he’s shooting well from 3 again, it’s not really a concern.

5. There were times last year he’d literally pass out of open 3s so yes the criticism was warranted lol
