Parsons is one of the most intense players I’ve ever watched but the guy still manages to tackle like he’s trying not to hurt the QB. Dude is a force.
In the game thread yesterday, the word I used for that first Parsons sack was *enveloped*
That first sack… What the hell is he doing? Penetration through both a gaps, he’s reading the middle of the field so can see it and he’s just stood there and not even tried to avoid it

Something about the way Micah held back from throwing JJM to the ground on that one sack showed sooo much dominance, lmao
Micah bulldozing the whole line on that Wyatt sack and then his celebration after is everything I’ve ever needed.

Dude McCarthy could have gotten out of all of these but 1. Or at least thrown the ball away. Not a good look for the Vikings future
Credit to the defense but man JJ’s awareness is rough. About 4 of those he just stares at the defended coming at him

Aside from his immense talent, I am stunned at Micah’s relentless effort. Honestly, it’s hard work rushing the passer, especially facing the double/triple teaming he faces and the guy just never takes a play off. You see guys need blows that don’t go anywhere near as hard. He’s worth every nickel they’re paying him.
And back to the talent. Good lord. Quickness and burst that just leaps off the screen.
JJ woke up in a cold sweat last night a number of times. Checked under his bed for the Green Bay d-line.
