we really underestimated how much of a terrorist Callahan was.
I mean McCoy is bad still and Bo Hardegree still calls plays nearly as horribly but at least he doesnt get shutout, and Cam is improving instead of going the wrong way.
Cam has been great lately and all against the better defenses in the NFL
I still can’t get over how insane our schedule has been. We have faced 7 out of the top 10 defenses this year, and Cam is starting to show big improvement against two of the toughest in the Seahawks and Texans. Unfortunatrly it doesnt let up too much facing the Browns D and Chiefs, but it makes me excited to see if the gains hes had let him show out a little bit against the Jags, Saints, 49ers. Still limited by the roster overall, but the vibes were a nice change of pace last week and especially this week against the hawks.
Is……that light at the end of the tunnel?
The game has really slowed down and become more manageable for Cam once he finally started to take check downs and tuck the ball and run it more.
When he ends up this high on metrics like this week in and week out is when people will really come around and realize how good this kid is becoming
