The NFL Hates To ADMIT THIS About The Seattle Seahawks…
The NFL hates to admit it, but the Seattle Seahawks are one of the best teams in football. Now, I know they were going up against Tennessee, but it was in Tennessee, right? This is uh ultimately a 10:00 a.m. game from where they are. Um, and they just looked really damn good. And right here, we’re going to get a little bit of pre-step motion by JSN from left to right. We see the deep safety bite down, which now means they are only in a one high safety look, right? This is man-to-man coverage. Well, we know exactly where we want to go with the football. So, a route concept wise, we’re going to get a quick little out route here by the running back, Kenneth Walker. We’re going to get like this stop route to the bottom side, and then we’re going to get like this route just down the field with JSN. Now, all we want to see here, obviously, it looks like they’re overloading the opposing side of the field with the safety over there as well. So, this right here could be a yes, no read. Essentially, when quarterbacks see a read that they love in one-on-one coverage, they throw the ball no matter what. That’s a yes, no read. He sees JSN and boom, once you see these guys kind of locking in man-to-man coverage, we know we’re going with the football. Steps up in the pocket. Great job of the offensive line. He’s got nothing but space here on third and six. Launches this thing. All it has to be is in the general area of JSN. And he I mean, dropped in a bucket. That was dropped in an absolute bucket. right there. That is beautiful. Backpedals into the end zone. I mean, again, look at where this ball lands. Okay, dude. Sam Darnold is one of the best quarterbacks in football right now. And I just feel like no one really believed it when he was doing it in Minnesota and now he’s doing it in Seattle. And it is the same outcome, dominating once again, 8 and three on the year. We’re going to break down a ton of film. Before we do so, make sure you guys hit that like button. Uh, hype the video if possible. Helps out the channel grow so much. And with that being said, let’s dive in. We also have to give credit to the defense. And Byron Murphy, the sophomore interior defensive lineman, is picking up where he left off last year. And he is just having a really good year for the most part right here. He’s going to kind of get a one-on-one. They’re in the slide protection over to the right. I mean, they’re really sliding everyone over here. Tight end picking up to the man side as well as the running back on the man side. But ultimately, Byron Murphy, who’s right here on your screen, is just going to do a good job generating outside leverage on the shoulder and bullying his way, right? Overpowering. He’s got an insane combination of lower leg drive, but also upper body strength where if you get matched up uh pretty much with anybody uh without a double team, he is going to go right through you. Witherspoon looks like he was being held as well at the same time by the running back out the back field. Let’s see that. All right, that that’s a hold all day. He’s got the back of the jersey. Not sure why uh there was no penalty on the play. Either way, didn’t matter. Would have been declined because of the sack on third and eight. This defense is tremendous at what they do and they’re very well coached. So, I got to give them credit there. Stop me if you’ve heard this before, but a JSN big play. Probably we’re going to have two of them in a row here. Uh but this one is actually the touchdown. The first thing we notice is we have 10 guys up here in the box, right? They are absolutely loaded because it is second and four. We’re coming out in like 22 personnel where we got two backs, two tight ends, and we are really showcasing like, hey, we’re going to probably run the football here. So, you should probably come out in one high. Okay. And and you see the shadow of the one eye safety. He’s cheating to the uh the left side of the formation. Okay. Which means we have this oneonone. What do we call this earlier? A yes, no read. We have an opportunity. We’re in one-on-one coverage. We want to throw this ball every single day of the week. I don’t care who the DB is because we have Jackson Smith, the Aigma. So, boom. We work off play action. One, two, three. Second level defenders bite down. And again, we’re maintaining this one-on-one matchup here with JSN. Boom. We drop back. We look right. Now, look at Sam Darnold actually. Right as we drop back, you’re going to see him look to the left side of the field. Not because he wants to throw to the left side of the field. Ultimately, there’s nobody over here. He’s looking to the left because he’s keeping that safety in line, right? We don’t want him shifting over to JSN. Boom. Scans right. Throws the ball while under pressure and it’s a laser. I mean, what else do you want to see from this offense? And again, I know I know it’s Tennessee. I know it’s Tennessee, but they’ve done this consistently, man. That That’s the thing about it. That’s the thing about it right now. Unreal. Now, really quickly, guys, do me a big time favor. hit the like button, but most importantly, make sure you guys are subscribed to the channel. It is completely free. Doesn’t cost anything. And we will be covering the Seahawks all year long. Offense, defense, individual player breakdowns, everything, right? There will be some parts coming out, so make sure you turn on your post notifications. That way, you’re notified every time we do post one of these videos. Let’s keep going, though. Another really big time play by the defense on third and eight. The game already feels kind of over. You’re going to see Leonard Williams lined up here as a five technique or maybe a seven eye depending on how you look at it. Uh but he’s just on the outside shoulder of the tackle. Now he’s going to be playing with lane integrity. Okay. When you’re playing quarterbacks like Josh Allen or um Lamar Jackson and I I’ll even say in some cases Cam Ward can run the football, right? He’s someone that will take off and run you utilize his legs in third. That is manageable, right? To pick up uh the first with your legs. So we’re going to be playing with lane integrity. We’re going to ensure that if he is trying to run, we’re there. Okay. So, you’re going to see him actually instead of rushing the quarterback, he’s going to kind of utilize this as like a little stunt opportunity, but he’s going to sit right over the middle of the formation. That that way if they do get pressure here off the edges, he can’t just step up and go, right? So, that is playing with lane integrity. And right here, Leonard Williams sits here, waits, and and look it, right? When you rush four, lanes open up where they can just take off. Now, if we didn’t have him playing with lane integrity, let’s say we had him rushing off the edge here, guess what? Guess what? Cam Ward might be picking up a first down, but nope. We keep him playing with lane integrity. He tries to take off. Nope. Not today, big fella. We got an easy sack here for the defense. Once again, they were everywhere, man. This is what makes the team so scary. They’ve got a good combination of great offense and a great defense as well. Monday Night Football is officially here. We got Packers, we got Eagles. Should be a really good game. At least in my opinion, it’s got that potential. Now, I am having so much fun on the Sleeper app. I can possibly over 1,000x my money every single day on this app. And it is been so much fun so far. And I kind of wanted to share you some of my picks before we do so. And you guys can see them. If you put in 50, they’ll give you 50, right? It is a steal. A steal. I would do it just for that. Now, take a look at my picks. I’m going Saquon Barkley, more than 50 rushing yards. AJ Brown, more than 40 receiving yards. Jaylen Herz, at least one touchdown. Jordan Love, more than 200 passing yards. in Romeo Dobs more than 40 receiving yards. It’s all lower than you may think and and I think it’s safe. I 30 to win 63. Not too crazy, not too wild. Let me know what you guys are doing for tonight. Are you going big? Are you staying safe? Let me know. And let’s get back to the video. A good play here in the red area. They did allow, I believe, a punt return touchdown. Um, and they come out here in 22 personnel. We got two backs in the back field. Boom. Then you got your two tight ends. One to the weak side, one to the strong side. And we’re pretty much just going to again again out hustle you, out strength you, just be better than you. Hat on a hat. Boom. Great block by our tight end here. You follow your fullback who actually combos. And what does Zack Sharon do? Probably take this to the outside. Yep. Take it to the outside. We get guys overcommitting the gaps right here. Right. This guy’s not reading reacting. He’s just attacking. And once you attack to the wrong gap, boom, you allow outside leverage. And then look at AJ Barner. I mean, AJ Barner. Whoa. Absolutely demolishes this dude. Six yards, seven yards, eight yards. That dude couldn’t do anything. Touchdown. Zack Charbanet. Great job by the offense. Love our fullback here blocking and then getting back up the field. We got a great block here driving that guy out of bounds. Hey, tight end fullback. A lot of credit on this play, man. Lot of credit on this play. big touchdown. Now, I am going to end the video here, guys, but don’t worry, we got a ton more to break down. I want to save the rest of the film for the All 22, which comes out tomorrow. Uh, we’ll be able to post a ton more videos for you guys. They certainly didn't look very good in the second half.
The first td throw the ball was underthrown and JSN had to slow down to catch it. It would have been nice to get one of those 4th down stops. It felt like Titans just barely kept getting by on third and fourth down, would have been nice to completely shut one down.
The Hawks seemed to allow the opponents come back in the latter quarters, an alarming trend.
Looked below at the nervous nellies in the comment section. The Seahawks are just fine…..this was a good game to get Sam right in the head and get some confidence back. JSN is the best receiver in the NFL and it will be real fun to see him beat Calvin's record. The Seahawks had 4 linebackers on the bench due to injuries and 2 DB's….when you got McConnell and Okada making stops in the first half…..you are doing just fine.
JSN made the first TD throw look way better than it was. That ball was under-thrown; but his ability to track the ball, adjust his pace, box out the DB, and control his body are all NEXT LEVEL. Great Wide Receivers make their QBs look better than they are, and JSN is absolutely great.
