doubt it. probably boqvist is playing well enough they want warren to get reps and will bring up someone less in need of reps as the 7 (or claim waiver fodder)
If they’re committed to Boqvist there’s no point to having him as a 7th dman getting no playing time, when he can he playing every game in Bport. If another dman goes down they can call Warren up
Allows them to acrue cap space while on a multi-day break and are local. You can’t do paper transactions anymore so Warren will have to play 1 AHL game before coming back but I suspect this isn’t about getting a Romanov replacement via trade just yet
