Landman is a stud! Gonna need to get a jersey for sure.
I get that it’s a business and everyone can only play as long as their body or heart will allow them to, but when you hear stories and quotes like this one, especially when it pertains to an organization you support, it warms the soul.
This organization rejuvenates players in loving the game again.
Seems like mcvay has a culture there where all the incoming players eventually fall in love playing there..
LAndman
I swear, every player that comes to the Rams has the same thing to say. They all love it here. They love the culture, playing for McVay. You love to see it!
I love Landman ❤️
“Happiest” and “most fun” are said by a lot of players of this team. Us as fans are right there with you guys!
This is such a common theme amongst players who play for this team. Obviously we’re playing great football right now so that always does wonders but it extends beyond just this season. Players love playing for McVay. Players love playing for the Rams.
That makes FA’s want to come here. That means it’s potentially cheaper to retain our own players. It does so much for a franchise when players WANT to be there.
I fucking love this team.
The Landman is here to stay
When Landman signed, I thought it was a great move given his track record of stopping the run. Building up a defense that could stop Saquon Barkley was the key mission of this past offseason, and I thought Landman would be a key figure in the Rams’ fortunes.
I had no idea that he would become a player that opposing offenses would be forced to strategize around.
i love how everyone in the team is having the time of their life. Every time they’re being asked about the rams or playing… The word “fun” always comes up
The feeling is Mutual, Landman you are a total G! Idk if he’d ever read this but what a way for someone to come out of nowhere and blossom into a hard-hitting piece of the best defense in the league!
we love this man!
Winning is fun…losing is tough.
Plan accordingly.
Sean McVay deserves the flowers
That last part is the McVay/Snead secret sauce, players love being a part of this organization, a lot of teams can pay these guys but not all of them have the culture in place that makes them want to be here long term beyond the obvious financial incentives to do so. Players have been saying this for years (Big Whit, Bobby trees and AD99 have all said similar things about the culture in the past) and I’m glad it’s getting the attention it deserves
Sean McVay. I don’t know if I’ll ever see a coach who is just having as much fun as he is. McVay is a motivator in the mold of Tommy Lasorda-just not as vocal or old–but Sean knows how to keep the Rsms geared into what lies ahead. He doesn’t let them rest on their laurels or get too excited over one specific victory. The Rams are capable of winning multiple SB and exactly WHO in the league is going to beat them now?
