NHL Highlights | Golden Knights vs. Mammoth | November 24, 2025

The Utah Mammoth coming in tonight with a record
of 118 and three for 25 points. And now we’re underway as Zack Whitecloud will control for the
Vegas Golden Knights. And this one all the way down and around now Riley Smith and he’ll get it
out. Nick Schmaltz got tugdown penalty. A minor penalty coming up. It’s going to go against
Brandon Sod and they’ll get Vamela to the bench. Here’s Keller. Keller shoots up high and
a stop. Keller surveying Sergachov across Dylan Gunther back out high. Across opportunity
Gunther up high and fighting it off Linda with some tenacity to win pucks back out of the
corner but that’s what allows all this to happen. Great puck movement and Gunther not taking the
one-time on either occasion that he got the puck back to the line. Sergeev wristster getting a
piece was Lindbomb and the puck out of play. That’s a good effort. Clayton Keller looking for
an outlet. Goes to the line. Serge Bristster to the front. Loose in the crease. Now D Simone
with it. We saw when Utah had their sevengame win streak. They are dialed in to start this
game. Brought back in. Purka tried to drop it in front. shots to center line and behind
the net, Zack White Cloud. The Utah Mammoth that overwhelmed teams during that seven
game win streak. Tomas Hurdle denied by Schmaltz. And now Schmaltz brings it in. Big
Schmaltz. He shoots and a stop and covered. And he’s starting to catch fire as this one
cinches wide. D Simone. That’s why you kind of need to go to the net in layers and make sure
that if you’re a net front presence guy can’t get tied up. Comfort in the front and unable to
finish it off was Kulie. Mulie was right there. Back it goes and stuck there by Lamela. He’ll
go right after it and now turn the other way. Jack Eel threeon two. Eel hits the trailer
back to the front. A chance and a block. Oh, I don’t know. Was that servo? What a stop.
And out of the zone it goes. They create a twoon-one on the left side of the screen here.
What a desperation play. It looked to me, guys, like Vamela got a toe on this. Sergeev is there
as well. But right off the steel, Nick Smaltz plays it out high. Simbe with a shot goes wide.
Back to the front. Schmaltz didn’t get all of it. Keller takes it behind the net across. Arguably
the second best team in the league. If you can pull this one off, you head into that road trip.
Feeling good. Mer out high. Hunting with a shot. Right at the line. Schmid’ll have
to pull it out. And Dylan Gunther will bring it right back in for Logan
Culie. What a move. Drops it. Gunther scores. Dylan Gunther. What a sack
and what a setup. One- nothing Utah. Dylan Gunther through the stick. Little layoff and
then Lindall doesn’t even know what happened. He still does not know it’s in. What a shot from
Dylan Gunther. Nick, watch how Gunther pulls this puck in towards his body. It was slight,
but he has both Hutton and McNav to get around Hutton’s stick. how quick this game happens and
how quickly they can process it. Back to the front where they score and they’re in it again.
This time the opposite way. [ __ ] from Gunther. Oh, right off the face off. It’s just a
broken play, but Dunther and Kie connect again. And watch Kulie just stick down all
the way. Finishes that play off. And what a relief for him as he finds the back of the
net for just into the zone. Pull up move there and across it goes Theodore. Theodore to the
front. He never made it to goender Carella. I don’t think Lawson Cross
has a problem with that. Zack Whitecloud on a pad save
and a rebound sent wide on McNab. Trying to turn the temperature
a little bit here. Eiko brings it in. Across it goes. And and they
finish it off. No. Sliding to make the save. And the rebound goes in and Ivan
Barbashev has cut the Utah lead in half. The open man off the rush. Watch the backing
Schmidt, but that leaves Bowman open as the backing forward Logan Culie was not there yet.
And then credit Barbesev here for sticking with this play even though the Knights don’t get it on
the first try or the second. It’s the third time. That’s a charm. Yeah, and there were three huge
but the intensity to make plays out of their zone has to go to another level. Here’s an opportunity.
Passes and he shoots. He save it over the top and wide. Oh, I forced back out high. D Simone tried
to intercept. Bowman is there. Knocked him down. Bowman will cut to the front and a follow up. It’s
underneath. Scrambly in the crease and finally a cover. Schmidt. Carone. Stanland. Penalty coming
up here. Loose puck. It’s going to go against Vegas by the way as the Golden Knights touch up a
Jack Eel out high. Marner shoots Pat save rebound in front. Well, that was a rebound by Eel. It’s
underneath Lamela, I believe. And they continue to battle for it. And we finally get a whistle. And
you see what that does is it creates a situation where wherever that rebound goes, a Vegas Golden
Knight player is there. In this case, it’s Eel. So, it’s all about positioning for the Knights as
they have those three Golden Knights here on this power play with a half a minute remaining. Down
low coming across and a shot. Thor and he can’t get it past to make this save. Watch Kulie left
side stick down just a piece of it. If Koulie stick is not there, this is a clean one-time
into an open net. able to get back up to his feet for a split second as Vamela and push off the
inside of his right skate. Gone for a while. Taken away Mc from McBain. Purka Purka to the front. He
went forehand at the last second. Almost got one. Riley Smith is in there in
behind the net. Ian Cole as well. So is Lawson Krauss pops in
front and they swat away at it. still side of the net. They’re
trying to maybe get a cover, a clear, whatever. And this one out. Here
comes Kulie. Kulie is in. Kulie, he scores fly. It’s 3-1 as the Knights try to pound this one home.
But then watch the runway here. Here comes the acceleration and then we have liftoff as Logan
Kulie races down the ice and it’s the shot that goes off the goalender and then off Koulie skate
and into the net. You want to see separational speed? Zack Whitecloud and Jack Eel had no chance
as soon as Logan [ __ ] turned on the afterburn. Brought right back. Smalls drops
it. Keller. Keller shoots. Stopped that time. Nice little dangle move there
by the captain. And the shot selection great too. Trying to put it five hole as
Lindbomb was sliding from left to right. Almost wonder Nikki whether he would have been
better off taking the shot right away though as goalie tried to reset himself and he was able to
get across because Clayton held on to it. Allowed him to get on angle out high. Nick D Simone
sends one towards the net. Rebound underneath. Is it in? That puck was loose. Oh man, was
that close. This team is not at their best when they’re tentative. Cir to the front. Ow. And
looking for the rebound was Kevin Stenley’s Eel. And now Bowman off the pipe. Eel. Pad save. Mela Bowman again. Flips it along. Eiko, but it’s
taken away. And skating it out is Lawson Krauss. Krauss cutting to the middle. He shoots. Oo. And
a stop there. Limb bomb. It’s still there. Yeah, it’s in his pass and Hurdle having a conversation
as they return to the bench too. Dom probably talking about that netfront play right to
the front. They try to put it home. Oh man, Keller with a little backhander in front.
Bruce Cassidy pulling Carl Inbomb early down two and Cole rims it around.
Kulie is there. Can he get it out? He can. Koulie for the hattick. Score the
hats. Logan’s got three and it’s 4-1 Utah. Collects this puck. Nice little move
and then throws a dart to complete the hattick as the hats rain
down at the Delta Center. Well, that goal is very much a microcosm of Logan
Coulie’s game when he’s playing at his best, winning a battle creatively. going to
be something coolies out there. Could it be guys? [ __ ] He wants it. I’ll tell you
that. And it’s going to get in. It’s in [ __ ] Four goals tonight. Wow. Zoe. What a night for Logan Cool. very very reminiscent to his first empty netter
which was his third of the game and Vegas is saying no us they’re just going to let the clock
run out and that’s it and the Utah man taking two out of three on this critical four game home stand
massive night for Logan Kulie with four goals is

  1. This Mammoth team reminds me of the 2010 the Phoenix Cuyotes that shocked the Nhl world and made it to Stanley Cup final against the Redwings thanks to Shane Doan who had a monster year. . They move the puck fast and smoothl. Great synergy between Guenther and Cooley. Keller gets better each year. Complete domination of a top tier Vegas team. Another ex Sabre Paterka with new life on this team.
