And you got the Philadelphia 76ers coming into this one with a record of 9 and 7 on the year 105 and one against the number. They’ve alternated wins and losses in nine straight games. are coming in off a 127 117 loss to the Miami Heat in their last matchup while Orlando comes in off a 138 129 loss to Boston sitting at 10 and 8 on the year 9 and 9 against the number this season and you know I’ve heard a lot of the uh sort of the rumblings from you know maybe the comment section and you know talking you know in the just in different avenues where you know a lot of people think that the Magic are a better team without Paulo Bancero in the lineup because they’ve been able to string some wins together and right now I mean it’s hard to uh you know it’s hard to ignore and disagree with some of the results we’ve seen. I mean they have won seven of their last 10 games but the thing I will take note of is that their last two losses have actually come on the road and have come against some solid competition in the Boston Celtics and the Houston Rockets. Obviously the Boston Celtics are still down Jason Tatum for the year but still it’s a team that still hung 138 points on the Orlando Magic as you had 35 points from Jaylen Brown. had six total players score in double figures. And that was, like I said, a bit of a concerning look for me for Orlando, giving up that many points to the Boston Celtics, who have been hit or miss at times this season. And then you look at now what’s going on with the Philadelphia 76ers to where, you know, yes, they’ve had trouble stringing consistent performances together, but they have been a decent team at home this season. They’ve been still been a pretty solid cover team. And when you look at the injury report for the Philadelphia 76ers, VJ Edgecomb out for this game with calf tightness, Adam Bona missing this game with an ankle sprain, but you do have Tyrese Maxi probable, Paul George probable, Jared McCain is available, and Joel Embiid is listed as questionable. Could mean that he could go here. And I I never, you know, invest too much in a Joel Embiid injury report, but like I said, it’s uh it’s still something to sort of take note of. And when you see the uh the Philadelphia 76ers as underdogs this season, I mean, this is still a team that has been able to, you know, do some damage in the underdog role, you know, especially when they’ve been considered as home underdogs. 4-1 against the spread as a home dog this season. And the Orlando Magic, this is a team I do like better when they’re playing at home. And like I said, we’ve seen that in a lot of their recent results as this Orlando Magic team has actually won five straight at home. Um, for me in this one, I’m going to roll with the Sixers though. I think that, you know, especially if Joel Embiid plays, you know, this is still a Philadelphia 76ers team that is better with him in the lineup. I know that, you know, the Sixers have gotten used to playing without him because of how often he has been injured. But I said, I still think that this is a Philadelphia 76ers team that’s done a good job of sort of rebounding from the debacle that was last season. And obviously, injuries and staying healthy are going to play a part in that. But I still think that uh I think the Sixers get the job done here. I think that their numbers against the uh against the spread as an underdog are, you know, legitimate and I think that they can get the job done here. So, give me the Philadelphia 76ers in this one.
