Imagine what his stats would be with McCarthy as QB lol. Horrifyingly close to reality too. Instead we got Nabers (thank Christ).

JJ is Jamarcus Russell levels of bad right now.
Games this season with 140+ Receiving Yards and a TD:
Wan’Dale Robinson – 2
Jaxon Smith-Njigba – 2
So happy Schoen drafted Nabers instead of McCarthy.

If anything, this shows how good Justin Jefferson is. He has JJ McCarthy and Carson Wentz throwing him the ball!
Only 2 receiving TDs for Jett this season is a criminal offense that should have the whoever’s idea was to take a shot with McCarthy who’s never taken a snap in this league instead of rolling with Darnold who was a game away from the #1 seed last season, shot out of a canon.

To be fair, Jefferson is playing with one of the worst starting rookie QBs of all time
Only means we should be buying more Jettas rookie auto’s while his stock is down bad.
That’s because McCarthy is garbage
Hats off to the giants fans who wanted to trade a first round pick for McCarthy this past off-season
He’s still only a number 3–although I’m happy with his progress.
Thanks to JJ McCarthy being statistically one of the worst QBs to ever suit up in the NFL in the past 2 decades. JJ will be a top 5 receiver again the moment he gets a competent QB again.

Am I the only one, who upon reading these numbers, thinks they’re having the same season, and not that one is objectively better than another?
Well Jaxson Dart, Jamies Winston, and Russell Wilson are all lightyears better than JJ McCarthy and Carson Wentz. Jefferson is really good but when the QB couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn from 10 yards away then its not much use.
