Oilers aren’t going to make the playoffs “if” they keep playing .500 hockey, and if they do squeak in they will be one and done in the first round because of subpar goaltending.
I have to agree with Trevor Conners comments regarding trying to get another goalie. I have to add that giving Bouchard 5 million would have given Edmonton a goalie such as Saros, Binnington, Merzlikens or Luukonen. Edmonton needs a goalie and have Pickard in for relief.
