wanted to win and then and against your former team maybe just what was it like tonight and you doing all you could to to try to make that happen and you guys just weren’t able to pull it out. It was a good fight. Um we’ll see him in December. Uh we got some learning to do. Um and um probably got to hit more threes. Okay. You said when you say some learning to do, are there like couple things that you can just pick point out just right off the top that you saw tonight that okay that you know you guys got to learn from that from a game like this tonight? Crucial turnovers when we’re on runs like they’re not stopping us. We’re just killing ourselves with the turnovers with illvised passes. Um, but they capitalized on every single one and when we were there down six, they end up pushing it to 11. So, yeah. Dylan, uh, on the defensive end of the floor in the half court, of course, they move Shangon around. Y’all had a couple different coverages for him. I felt like a couple times either y’all were like a half step behind what y’all wanted to get to or just a little mix up in rotation. Uh what did you kind of see on that end as far as what was getting away from y’all, forcing the turnovers you usually do and getting out on the run? We got to work on that. We got to be all on the same page. Uh give them practice and understand what we’re doing with, you know, great bigs like like Alpie. Uh we’re going to be straight up or we’re going to double. Which side are we doubling? And we got to be on a string. Dylan, after that hard foul late in the game when you were on the court for a while as you walked by, you may you you shared some words with him. Could you say what your message was there? I thought um I flopped on the play, but I’ve never seen so many flops being rewarded on the other side. It honestly felt like I was in a FIA game, like playing basketball in FIA where you just get rewarded for flopping. And that killed every single run we had. Um, couldn’t be physical, but the Rockets were physical, grabbing, holding, and when we tried to do it, there was calls right away. So, got to fix that somehow someway. They got to get in the the lab and watch these things cuz that looks like every night. Hey Dylan, you you spent time with the man during his first two years of his career. Just what do you what are you seeing from his growth especially, you know, tonight I think he had 28. Yeah, he’s a great player. We kept letting him get to his right hand um which is that’s a strong suit and then if you keep backing up on him he’s going to just jump over you. So, um, his growth has been tremendous. He’s been a great player for the years I was there and now. And he’s a two-way player. Knows how to score in the paint and guard is the best player every night. Dylan, this was perhaps like the biggest game for you guys this year in terms of like size discrepancy where you guys as a smaller team had to overcome that. How have you liked the way throughout the year you guys have overcome it? Particularly tonight with the work you guys did on the glass. Yeah, we’ll bounce back uh when we play the cup game in a couple days. Uh but this is a good test when we have to, you know, go look at the film and we figure out different matchups and different ways of approaching these type of games. That’s why, you know, you play teams three times in the West. So, you know, can’t wait for December. Thanks, thanks.

Consummate professional. I can tell he geeks out about the game. Sucks that he had to play hero ball out there in the 2nd half.
