Want to give y’all this quick news real quick. So, according to reports, LaMelo Ball wants out of Charlotte. Now, this is no hidden secret. His family and everybody wants the man in LA. Um, y’all know how y’all know what his daddy said of all ball. He wanted a son playing with the Los Angeles Clippers. So, could it be like um a way to get into the Clippers? For real? I mean, there’s there’s not many places in there’s not many spots for a starting point guard the with his kind of style around the league. Now, eventually the Clippers are going to need him. Eventually, the Clippers are going to need another uh a young star to us in the new gener the new era in the next, you know, generation pretty much. So, LaMelo Ball is available right now. He’s open to be traded according to report and um I I’m interested to see who gonna jump on it because LaMelo Ball and I see somebody in the Rockets. I ain’t gonna lie like LaMelo with the Rockets that’ll be perfect. LaMelo with the Rockets. He would he would actually fit perfect with the Rockets because he doesn’t have to do all the dirty work. He could just play his game and everybody can just do all the dirty work for him. You feel what I’m saying? He’s somebody that can shoot the ball, can playmate. Now, a team like the Rockets, team like the Clippers, I think it’ll be a great situation. Him being with the Clippers, I can see I see the Clippers getting on this. I I can see the Clippers making a move to try to get him low ball. Um the storyline, the fact that he is a kid from LA, you know, the Clippers love getting players from California. So I can actually this this seemed like a realistic move for me. And um Charlotte, the Charlotte Hornets owner, this this new owner they got, they don’t want to pay LMO ball, you know, and I talked about that last season. There’s a lot of rumors going around that this new owner doesn’t want to pay LaMelo Ball the supermax. LaMelo Ball don’t want to he don’t want to be in Charlotte anyway. Y’all know that he got drafted to Charlotte, so he was forced to play for that organization, but he doesn’t want to be there. But I honestly see Clippers. I um if I’m the Rockies, I would consider it like somebody that can he can space the floor, hit shots. He play fast, really good in train. He’s a really good transition player. So the Rocket, Sacramento, another team you can keep your eyes on because they got short-term players like Russell Westbrook, Dennis Shruder, them guys not going to be there. No, it’s not gonna be after this year more than likely. So, I can see them, you know, maybe being interested in getting the Melo Ball. Um, it’s it’s going to be some it’s going to be some teams out there. But, you know, the teams that already got point guards, you know, y’all know what it is with them. But, this this summer, y’all, I’m telling y’all, this summer, there going to be a lot of players available. There could be a lot of players available like a John Mar, like a um the Memphis. I won’t be surprised Memphis blow it up and start over. That would surprise me. They can do that. They they got the pieces right now. They can say, “You know what? We just gonna start over and we gonna build we gonna build this team around or build a team with Cedric K.” You feel what I’m saying? they can trade JJ for assets, you know, or get um or get some players they can rebuild with. They can do that. But um the thing about trading John is he makes that organization a lot of money. See, that’s why I think they’re not they’re not going to be quick to trade John unless they get somebody back that’s going to not only help them win basketball games, also sell tickets. So, you got to think about that, too. Um, so you got to keep that in mind. John Morant is only I can guarantee y’all this because Memphis is not a big market. They want somebody that gonna sell tickets. So, you always got to keep that in mind. Trey Young’s another player. Trey Young ain’t gonna come available, y’all. I’m telling y’all. He g he gonna become available. That’s why I’m telling y’all the Clippers will be fine after Kawhi and James Harden. Now, the Los Angeles Clippers are about to blow this whole thing up, y’all. They about to blow it up after this year. They got $67 million in cow space. They could easily have more cap space than that if they trade a couple players that’s that’s supposed to under contract like a Kawhai like a James Harden. I think they’re going to trade Kawhi L after this year. This is the last year. I don’t see them sticking sticking around for another year with this same old core James Harden Kawhi L. And again, I can see James Harden standing before Kawhai cuz James Harden actually available. He actually he actually helped the team like on and off the court. So I can see him sticking around for at least one more year. But I think this going to be last year Kawhai Lena. I think they’re going to trade Kawhai. They’re going to train Kawhai and they’re going to move him and it’s time to move on from him to be honest with you because quite frankly, you didn’t get your returning investment. And by him being hurt, they’re not going to they’re not going to miss out on an opportunity to move him after this year. I see them moving after he going to have one year left on his contract. So, you got to keep this in mind. Now, really think about this. It’s going to be a lot harder to trade Kawhi Linda now with two years left on his contract. After this year, he’s going to have one year left on his contract. That’s going to be that contract that he’s um that money he’s owed for the 2026 27 year. There gonna be a team. There gonna be a team. I believe there could be a team out there that may want to start over or retool or get rid of a player on their team that got a long-term deal or they don’t want to they don’t want to pay like Charlotte. Like that’s what I’m saying. Like you look at the situation like Charlotte, they don’t want to pay LaMelo Ball to supermax. They may say, “Hey, I’ll take Kawhi Lyn one year, two-year deal, and he come off our books. We not looking to win anyway.” So, I you I can see that happening. That’s very possible. So, and you saying that they’re not going to get another star. I know this for a fact cuz you know nobody I’m telling you something. I know for a fact. I don’t just get on YouTube just talk.
