Can’t wait to see Semien in Queens! 🔥

Marcus, you’re just too marvelous. That one’s got a chance. Gone. What a great job by Marcus Simeon. Oh, that’s a big hit. Little celebration. Some handshakes and high fives. What a catch by Simeon out back to center. That is a nice play. Way out of here for Marcus Simeon. And we are all witness to Marcus Simeon. And the Rangers will win it. What a moment for Marcus Simeon.

  1. Stop stop stop trying to feed us the propaganda that our defense failed us last year. It was the pitching! 9 platinum gloves in the field mean jack if the pitchers are giving up 3 run bombs.

  2. Booooo! Fuck him fuck sterns fuck the rangers they want all our players! No one likes them WE WANT NIMMO! Fuck the people who want this illegal in our yard. BOO we want Nimmo we fucking want Nimmo!

  3. We need pitching and out field, the last thing we need is infield it’s the most cluttered part of the team and we decide to give away an outfielder for an infielder we Need pitching

  4. Yeah that’s great, but now I think we should trade Semien for that one amazing outfielder… oh right, we should trade him for Brandon Nimmo! He will fit perfectly for the Mets!

  5. You Nimmo lovers are just unreal and are just fans of losers lol so just man up and face that he's not here anymore and it was time for a change! The man couldn't field anymore, doesn't steal bases and was grossly overpaid like come on smh

  6. I hate to be a downer… but we didn’t need a 2B. We actually needed an OUTFIELDER!
This feels very much like the Mo Vaughn trade in 2001. He was also 35. Vaughn came off an injury year (like Semian) and turned out to be one of the biggest busts in Mets trade history.
The player they traded was Kevin Appier and he ended up winning the World Series with the Angels the next year…
