Barry Trotz Had a Very Unfortunate Quote About the Nashville Predators That Has Become a Huge Joke

National Predators GM Barry Trotz gave a very unfortunate quote that is getting me’med on super hard. Let’s talk about it. I talk hockey every single day, so make sure you follow so you don’t miss anything. But recently, Barry Trot sat down with Alex Tottery here and you can see his quote that is getting me’d on super hard. It says, “I need more effing from them. I need more.” Obviously, everyone knows what he’s trying to say with that quote. It’s just very unfortunate the way that it came out and everyone’s been memeing on super hard. But on a real note though, he is right that the National Predators need more from their players. Currently they are sitting at 612 and four and it seems like the time to blow things up is really starting to come for the national Predators. Last offseason they took all those big swings bringing in Brady Sheay Jonathan Marches and Steven Stamos and everyone thought that they were going to be a playoff contender and go pretty deep in the playoffs and then the season started and they utterly fell apart and now it just doesn’t seem like there really is a direction with the franchise. No one’s really sure where they’re going to go next. But I think the best course of action would be to just blow it up and start over new cuz clearly what’s going on there is just not working. And honestly, I think they could turn around pretty well if they just kind of sell some pieces off because they have some pieces that are valuable. Sure, they’re underperforming right now in Nashville, but no one’s really having a good season there. And I honestly think that they could get some really good return for some of their players. But let me know your thoughts in the comments below.

  1. It seems weird that Nashville still will not fire Brunette. Maybe a new vision or style of play will work for this team. It worked for St Louis when they won the Cup and it worked for the Oilers too. Even though the Oilers look rough now. So let’s see what a new coach can do. If it is still bad then it might be time to blow it up.
