I played a lot more my second year than I did my first year. It was like all the opportunities lined up and then I was put in a position where I feel like the coaching staff, they genuinely believe that I could be a contributing piece on the team and they were giving me an opportunity to be that. He’s letting it fly. Also, defensively, he’s finding the way to be physical. Physical without fouling. There’s things that he can clean up, but this is a, you know, it’s a process. Somebody was watching my game. They’re like, “Even when you mess up, it just seemed like Jordy had unwavering confidence in you.” And I was like, “You know what? You you actually right.” Like, and that’s always a good feeling know that your head coach believes in what you’re doing and what you’re trying to do.
