Which Tiger fan bucket do you fall in to? #DetroitTigers #Tigers #MLB #MLBPostseason #ALDS #Detroit

Yesterday was the the complete experience of being a Tiger fan and why this town is at war with itself. You have fans that are allin. Organization could do no wrong. The true believers. Then you got the fans in the middle. They’re bummed out about the deadline, but they want their team to win. Then you got another bucket. Let it end. Pull the plug on Nona. I hate this team. My 21 years here in Detroit, this is the most confounding team we have talked about. And by playoff standards, that place was empty. And it’s not just people I work with at the game. People in my personal life at the game. Both upper decks towards the foul pulse empty. Tons of available seats in the lower bowl and mezzanine level. Place is empty, guys. They can announce 37. There wasn’t 37. Why is that important? Well, this is a town that shows out. This is a great sports city. You could get into that game for 18 bucks yesterday on the secondary mark. You know what the market said? We’d rather pay 300 bucks to stand at a Lions game than 18 bucks to sit at a Tiger playoff game. A Tiger playoff game on an idyllic fall afternoon was a morg. It was a morg in a game that truly meant something that maybe you cheering can get this team going. This was it. You lose this game. Season is over. Cut scene. You didn’t cheer. You booed them off the field multiple times in the first four and a half innings. The Tigers decided that every batter comes up. We’re seeing extra base hits. Power opposite field with power. Great at bats. You dropped a bomb on the Mariners. We saw Jabir Bay. Then the crowd was explosive. Those that were still there. Now you set up a game five where emotionally people are all over the place. There are going to be people who convince themselves, I don’t want to believe cuz I don’t want to get hurt because they’ve hurt me so much. Then there are people who are allin, can’t lose. It’s a school start. Ain’t losing. I picked him to win this series. I have no idea what will happen. Wasn’t yesterday everything. This team puts you through hell to see if you’re still interested.

  1. Don't you know the game was delayed for like 4 hours? I'm sure people have other plans I'm sure that messed up the stadium being full like what are you talking about dude?

  2. Guys it wasn't full because the mlb puts a playoff game on a week day during work hours. 90% of sports fans are working middle class people. That's why. If it was at 8 pm it was packed the fck out.

  3. 3pm during a Wednesday. People working for sure, but it was also combined with how poor they have been the last month. The boos were deserved after some pathetic ABs in this game and throughout the series. The players control the crowd, you can only get so excited for so long without anything happening on the field. I’m glad they turned up
