The Magic may have a better record so far without Paolo, but they can't wait to have their MVP candidate return.

  4. I wonder what the next narrative the doomers here jump too once Paolo comes back and the Magic keep playing well because this win streak has more to do with players just settling in then it does with him not playing. They are rapidly running out of stuff to spin.

    Cant ask for Wendell to be benched, dudes been amazing. Can’t ask for coach/FO firings fired when the team is one of the hottest in the league. Cant demand AB trades when he looks like a 6th man candidate. If paolo returns and the team just keeps moving on without issues, or god forbid looks even better, people may actually have to be positive! The horror.

  7. I want to see him come back on monday. I want to see if we can keep playing like this when we go up against a actual good team it’s cool when we do these things against Bad to middle of the pack teams but if we do this against Detroit and than paolo comes back and we lose to the bulls than id consider changing my opinion on things. Even than I’d need to see them do this in the playoffs without him which is unlikely anyways so it wont matter. 

    In the end his teammates love him that’s all that matters until they start turning on him the outside noice does not matter at all people can keep saying they are better but he’s not going anywhere for years. 

  10. I want him back asap so we can fit him in and get the re-adjustment/him getting back into game shape period over quick, but I don’t wanna rush it and have him come back too soon and hurt it worse and miss the rest of the season like Caitlin Clark just did. 

    We don’t really need him in November and December where effort and energy wins games, we need him in May and hopefully June where being able to create for yourself in the half court is what wins games.
