Texas Rangers Clean House: Semien, Heim, Garcia, and Sborz ALL Dumped

  1. saves us like 23 mil whilst not giving up much production.

stings for sure but it was needed

  2. I honestly don’t have a problem with any of this. But don’t even think about trading Seager CY!

  3. Seems fine. They weren’t producing so it’s a big savings without weakening the team too much

  4. Yea I mean its a competitive operation, not a charity. You make millions, you gotta produce. Dealing with that pressure is a huge part of what makes these guys special.

  5. Ya’ll, I have a question. Probably been answered many times. Have there been other teams that have won a WS, then “lost” (I know that is not the correct term) as many Players as quickly (after winning WS) as the Rangers are currently doing?

  6. It’s weird when you read it out this way. If you had told me ar this time two years ago that those 4 would be gone after 2025 I’d be gobsmacked. It makes sense and I understand, but still…

The battery for The Final Out™️ is gone. 😥

  7. It would have been utter insanity to three-peat with the same losing formula. This absolutely had to happen.

Heim was an no brainer. Dude fell off a cliff after becoming a champ. Bombi was a toss up, trading Semien a gamble. And I can’t even remember Sborz pitching again after that final out. So, no objection from me there.

Interested to see what else CY cooks up though.

  8. Man, bought a sborz World Series jersey since he got the final out (wanted a seager but they didn’t have my size at the ballpark)
