Montreal Canadiens vs. Utah Mammoth | NHL Highlights | November 26, 2025

Utah trying to make it three out of four
on this home stand before they sum off and it’ll be played all the way back down
and around the boards it goes. This line’s been real good and centering feet is broken up and
brought right back. Here they come. Josh Anderson cutting to the center shoots glove save. Carl
Vanila point blanket from about 10 ft. There’s a Montreal player behind him. This one D Simone
is not sure and ends up giving the middle of the ice away and Carella has to try to get it out.
They can’t. Played in behind the net. No helmet for Yamamoto. He’s got to exit the rink. And now
brought right back. He’s replaced by Carone. A shot banned away by Vamela. Back out high. Shot
towards the front denied. Ian Cole will get it out. Right back comes Utah. Stland is in. Suits
and a stop by. The Canadians numbers are where they at o over the last little while on the man
advantage. You look at the personnel out there. It’s brought back in. Lane Hudson’s got it right
to the net. Stopped and cleared by Sergson. Wow. But this is a little fake draw pass. You see most
of these teams on the power play entry will drop that puck back. The Canadians decide to keep it.
And a beautiful save here as Carella doesn’t get sucked in by that play from Hudson. He plays it
right back in holding on to it as Gallagher off the bench. Hudson plays it across. Balduk now
and Lane Hudson out high shoots and he’s sent wide. Blaine Hudson so shifty and her shot and a
goal and the Canadians get on the board. Bulldog with the goal. It’s one nothing Montreal and after
several close calls. It’s just a one time from the left dot. You’ll see Jack McBain flexes out. Nate
Schmidz caught just a little bit low here trying to read the situation. And this is a seeing eye
puck that finds its way over Schmaltz. Schmaltz circling out high for [ __ ] [ __ ] right to the
front. They try to jam it home. It’s underneath. Oh, Keller was there. And another great look in
front. Keller and a one- nothing Canadians lead. Kulie enters. Kulie cuts to the middle. Drops
it. Gunther. That never made it to the front. Hit and deflected wide by Yamamono. Canadians
are well rested. Came out here on Monday. Have not played since last Saturday in the win
against the Maple Leafs. Breaks like that and hard to come by this season. Look out here.
Well, Kerkin nearly had himself a break. Book the other way in a threeon two across. Suzuki
scores. Nick Suzuki. Two nothing Canadians. as you see right here, just can’t quite stop
it with his foot. It turns into a threeon two for the Canadians and they execute to perfection.
Coughfield to Suzuki to the back of the net. Well, that puck just went on edge of
Suzuki at the last second and now Cfield gets it down low. Cfield right back
shoots and a stop. Got off the mask. Nikki, they look like the fresher team and just a
little bit too much standing and watching from Utah here as Montreal pours it on here. You
see great job from first Canadian shot in over 6 minutes. Schmaltz Keller. Here he comes. Hatton
brings it in. Shoots. Getting it up for Stovish. That was sticking an upper corner from Barrett
Hayden first. The Canadians goending has been downright awful. Lane Hudson will take it away.
Moves it along. Caulfield with it. Cfield right to the front and stopped. Mela marked that one.
Yeah, that was a key key save. If the mammoth can start a comeback, what a sprawling effort
from Carell. And now back out high. Sergeev for Gunther. Sergeev thinking about it into
the corner. Josh Anderson intercepting momentarily. Sergeev with a keep in front. Hatton
scores. Baron Hayden. Power play. Goal. 2-1. Comes up cute. for their team here. It’s a one-touch pass from
Clayton Keller. Quick puck movement. That’s how you break down these boxes. On the stick of
Keller, off the stick in the same motion. Jersey now. Keller to the middle. [ __ ]
Step by Novish. Oh, what a look. Logan Culie. He had four the other night. Look
out. Cfield the other way and Cfield is in. He’s stopped by Malcolm. Brown loves it.
Taken away Schmidt. Here they come. Time and space. Fouly is in. He’ll try to feather
one in front for Dylan Gunther. Logan [ __ ] working the boards now to Gunther.
Gunther to the front. They score. Tyler tied at two. already on the ice for a minute and 10 seconds.
Still has enough gas in the tank to win a battle in the corner and make a beauty of a pass to
Dylan Gunther. And then how about the poise from Gunther. Could have shot this right away,
but gets his eyes up. Big old scrum along the near boards here. Tan staying tough to the puck
here. Stenland coming in to aid in support John Marino. He’ll chip it behind the net. Michael
Caronei. And now Carone on Meno to the wrap around. It’s scores. He scores. Michael Carone and
Utah with the lead. And what about Michael Carone? All he does is make his team better. protects
the puck and it’s just all out effort. I mean, Nikki, this is just not taking no for an answer
from 53. He hit Joe Valeno with more cutbacks than you could imagine. He put him in the
blender like a milkshake. Oh, can he fly? Take it away. Here’s Schmaltz. Schmolz holding
trying to get it towards the front and Schmaltz poking away at it but denied. Oh, turned into a
threeon one here off the turnover from Gallagher, but Schmaltz just kind of runs out of real
estate here. Credit Gallagher for coming back after his turnover. He races back and
you’re going to see Gallagher come in from the left side of your screen and pin the stick
of Schmaltz before he’s able to make a play. And if he was able to make a play, the line
Hudson. And now Suzuki power play in it out for the Canadians. Across it goes. Lane Hudson
thinking about it. Goes across and they score. Your eyes has tied it at three in
the month of November. And this is the second power play goal for
the Canadians tonight. And you see Slavovsky back post calling and
waiting for this pass. And again, it’s Hudson who assisted on the last power play
goal for the Canadians who delivers that pass. Going to challenge here. The previous
play determin Trevor Hansen making the announcement. They just showed an angle
on the inter scoreboard here. They give a power play to the Canadians after they’ve
tied the game as ellipses skate as well. The play was determined to be offside at
1748. Good call down for some grit from 88. Goes across and a pad save. A rebound
off the pipe and a goal and they put it home and Nick Suzuki has tied the
game and Carella cannot believe it. into the game for Suzuki. Watch the initial
save, but it’s kicked out and then this shot goes off the rebound and before Vamela
can recover, it’s already behind him and he just flat out lost track of where that
puck was. I mean, he was watching Carella’s head. He thinks that maybe that puck is
to the left. He doesn’t realize that it with a huge hit. And a good back
check as you pointed out, Nick, by Nick Schmaltz. Demi Doof. Schmaltz
read that just in the nick of time. Recovering back to the middle.
Demi Do’s got it again. He scores. Ivan Demi off. It’s 43 Montreal. And we go back
and forth again. Kell is going to throw a dagger here. and he just gets a loose puck and shoots
through the screen. It’s a curl and drag and then a shot to the far side from Demi Dov through
the legs of Marino. High Sergachev for Dery. Dury across and now Sergachov across killer
with a shot off the pipe. Two minutes high. And here’s a situation too where Keller’s line
has been on the ice here. So the Canadians get a kill. Jersey brought in. Here’s a chance with a
shot. Follow up and it’s sent to the corner. Reese trying to move it along. He spots Smalls.
Schmaltz with a shot. Follow up. It’s at the crease and they can’t get it by Dovish. And now
Keller with it. Keller holding on to it. One of the crowd anticipation with a shot, a stop and a
rebound. And this one all the way down and wide. And then Keller finds smoke all alone. What
a glory off the faceoff. And that’s going to do it. And the Canadians come away with a win.
And there’s going to be a little extra here as

  1. Dobes ..what a beauty!!!
    He is officially No. 1
It takes lots of character to push back after 3 goals in less than 3 min none of which a bad goal, and make those saves after.

Hope to see him in Vegas and if we win and he feels good, why not even "Saturday hockey night" in Colorado!!
