Blackhawks vs. Wild Game Highlights | 11.26.25
Starting lineup brought to you by American Express. And we’re underway in Chicago. And Donado dumps it in and McKaya goes after it on Middleton. Middleton and Spurgeon get the start. Turnover. Kaiser. Kick save by Gustoson. Kaiser again. Blocker save by Gustoson. And Yurov, a young Russian player in his first year. Marco Rossi is out. There’s Yurov. Shot. Save by Knight to Bard this I got to tell you though, Buchcci, how difficult it is to play with seven defenseman. I mean, you know that you’re not going to get the ice time you want. Turn over in front. Saved by Knight and just squirts wide and he has the puck now. Back to Kaiser. Another shot. Kaiser hits his own man in front. Green shoots it just wide. Fab looks both ways, but good play by Kaiser to create the turnover. Kaiser’s off to a great start around the net. Wrap around. know it’s sitting in front but taken out of danger. Only team with two plays with at least five power play goals. Capri off and Baldi. Here’s Z Buou the rookie to the net off the crossbar. Zou here’s Lechenov looking for his first NHL goal. Bard has room. Back to Lefchov. Broke his stick on the slap shot and it was a 45 mph muffin towards Gustoson who made the easy save. He’ll he’ll manage that and learn about that as he goes along. Renzel saved Gustoson as Renzel offensive minded number six decorated young American from Southern California grew up in San Diego one-time save by Knight Zucarella. And now the Wilders set up trying to score the game’s first goal again. That trip wide kept in by Baldi. Beautiful play by Zukaro. Open down low is Cabriza. Baldi had a golden chance and he shot it wide. It was a little on edge. Gustoson. Nice aware play, but the puck comes in front. Shot. Another save by Gustoson. He robbed Dickinson. Shot through traffic. Knocked down is Gustoson. Looked like Pitlick pushed an auto into Gustoen, but he’s back on his feet. left it off, fires off the post inches from his first NHL goal. And you can hear the bench just cheering him on. But watch this altercation between Donado and Dustin. And it’s Pitlick who just pushes Donado right into his goalender. So good, no call there. Donado goes right back to work, right in front. And look at that battle between those two players. Panda save. ESPN bet is the sports book for sports fans and an official partner O’Reilly Ben Reeves and Begoian. Of course, now mandatory when you enter the league. Dickson score in 23 games. The Hawks score first. I mean, you could just feel it coming. And this is an unlucky bounce for William. It comes off the wall in a funny way. Bounces over a stick and the Wild never regain control. And it’s Sam Dickerson who helps bring the puck in off that bounce and he’s the guy that’s wide open in the slot. Williams just can’t get there in time and he sneaks this one by hold. Now the Hawks are four wide on the wall to try to keep this puck in. Here’s Dickinson. Shot save. got this thing in front. Mamm tries to get it. Can’t get a shot at it. He said, “I feel like I’ve done this a lot of times before, but he’s a lot bigger now and I can’t get him quite up in there.” That’s fun. Yeah. Well, it’s been a good night for the team tonight. Big save by Night in front on Eurov. The Hawks have looked great tonight. I’m really proud of the guys. We uh we reset these past few days with two great days of practice and you can see it kind of going into our game right now. How do you regroup after a game against the Axe where you really should have won? Yeah, you know that and you played so well against the top team in the league. I think that especially after the Buffalo game and then going into that game knowing it not a measuring stick game, but just that we had to be at our best and we found our best and it wasn’t good enough. What a play. What a play. The captain shows up and Bard puts him on the board and we are tied at one. Take us through this. You want to do it? Yeah. I mean I I just loved our breakout to be honest with you. We had great support and then you know you drive the net, you go to the net and great play over to to kind of spread them out and wind them out and uh awesome job by Betsy to continue to go to the net and you know Bert’s so good about finding that extra man and what a beautiful play for sure. Boy, Sam Renzel has so much offensive game. What a silky pass to Bard. Yeah, here’s Baldi. Excellent stick handler. Goes to Boo. Good look in front. Capri off again. It’s on the goal line and taken out and the whistle blows. Knight didn’t know where it was. It was sitting on the red paint to deflect it. Five hole on Knight. You see him here. You see Knight try to get his stick. It sneaks between. Watch it just sneak in behind. Does it fully cross? It does not look like it. Remember, it has to be fully crossed, not just half the puck. And you can see the communication there from Murphy. It’s behind you. It’s behind you. There’s an even better look at it. And it’s no goal. He’s been outstanding for you guys. Almost 13 goals above expected this year. Outstanding. Here comes Connor. Fires. Save. Rebound. Score. That combo does it again. Tyler Batusi has never been this hot in his NHL career. Here we go. Here. Oh, the extra pause. Oh, that’s offside. Wow. That is an easy one. That goal will not count. After the coach’s challenger determined at 357 the play was offside, so there is no goal. Oh, that extra move by Please respect Conor. I did some Christmas shopping today. I did. I went I opted for the nap. Faber to the net. Blocked. Oh, and score. Brock Faber’s shot was blocked by Bertusi. It fluttered in the air and somehow got by Knight. What a huge goal for the Wild with 13.6 to go. You know, it was hard times for Minnesota throughout this game. A good job on the for check by Baldi. And then he goes to the net and the flash screen doesn’t touch it, but the fact that he comes through Spencer Knight’s eyes and that goes off Bertusi’s leg. Wow. And that’s why it flickers up through the top. But what a goal at what an opportune time for Minnesota. Bernard is 20 years old. He’ll be 20 the entire season. So he’s going to be number one if he plays the rest of the games this year. The way he’s played tonight, it’s incredible to watch his speed and the confidence. Pitlick down the boards. Here’s Trenion. Nico Sturm in front of the net. Tip score. Nico Sturm just his second game back in a Wild uniform in tenure number two. and he scores to tie the game at two. Injuries and then now an injury to Marcus Felino that this fourth line had to step up and do something or a makeshift fourth line and they do that. Nice job on the board check by Trenan Stern supports him and then he goes right to the net. A good little DTO D pass from Middleton across the other way. Look at this bouncing puck in front and no chance for Spencer Knight. But they needed something from their deaf players. And a st with the Panthers when again went on to win a cup. Here’s Bard now. Sends it across. What a pass. Less it off. Score. First NHL goal. Grab that puck. Frame me and hang me on the wall. The Hawks lead again three-2. Connor Bernard. Look at him shielding off the defender. Keeps his feet moving. Left. Shock. Just reads it. Goes down the far side. Gets lost in coverage. Head up the whole way by Vajar. Favor is right there. Tren just can’t stick with Chennov as he comes off off the point. Jumps over the stick. The boys get the puck and look at the smile. It says it all. That’s a huge goal. Spencer Knight in the panda position himself. Here comes Lebanon. You know the adrenaline after you score a goal. How about after you score? He fires off the cross bar. That’s his second post of the night. That was close. He’s got two post and a goal. You know, the Hawks defense only had four shots last game. You know, it’s been a point of emphasis here tonight to change that. They have done that. Save by Knight. Excellent chance there by Yurov to tie the game right back. What an exciting hockey game this has been tonight. There’s been action nonstop. Both goalies exited up to five goals now. And now the Hawks get that momentum back. Grizzlick. Save by Gustoson. That was wired by Grizzlick. Hawks have it back. Grizzlick has it back. Renzel Johansson a breakaway to tie the game. Day by night. This game has a little bit of everything. Spencer Knight saves the young defenseman a huge stop. But this year he’s he’s right at even par at a zero. You mentioned going into the telecast about Connor Bard improving his defensive play. Here’s Faber now. He’s got room. Deflected in front by Bod just when Bald scores. Matt Bod in front of the net and the Wild have tied the game at three. It’s the 14th goal of the year. Every offensive zone face off. John Hines is trying to put out this line. A great win by Baldi on the faceoff. And then he goes to net. And look, you can see the collision between the two Hawks in the middle of the ice. The movement of Baldi off the face off to find himself open on the far side. And then again Fuzzi and Baddard play catch lefts up top. He’s had a monster game. Bard off the post. Bard gets it back. In front getting boxed out by Faber. Gard has room. Fires off the post again and into the netting. One of two shots hits the post and the second one he hits the post again. One more chance for Chicago. One more save by Gutsson in regulation and we’re going to overtime in Chicago. What a exciting 60 minutes of hockey while in the faceoff. They win the faceoff but Erikson will stay out there. So it’s Faber Belf falls down. Look out. Blow another hit. Penalty coming up on somebody. It’s going to be on the Hawks. Here comes out. Wild trying to win it. The breeze off the post. And there’s the possession. And the penalty coming up. The red hot baldies at the point. Four forwards on this four-on-ree power play. Caprio score. It’s an overtime winner for Carill the Thrill. did very little all night. Gets a fresh blade on the bench and then put the blade of a stick on the puck and wins the game in overtime. Settle it down. We said he just needs one shot. I think he had a couple in this overtime as they move the puck around nicely trying to get the three Blackhawks players to move. Capri off moves all around the offensive zone. goes from one side to the other, but his ability to pick up the pass initially off the boards and keep this play alive leads to this. And what a shot right over the shoulder near the head area of Spencer Knight who’s been excellent in this game. And just no chance with the screen in

When are you going to win guys. I JUST started being your fan. ✨️🥲
Why just why?
Refs vs Blackhawks
They just need to work harder on the defense. Once they start they will be unstoppable.
It was a great game Bois….
That being said….at least our Goalie doesn't move the post like a jack@$$
Phantom penalty calls in overtime like that cannot be tolerated. That call determined the outcome of the game by itself, and there was clearly no penalty there.
Why do we keep giving up leads? 🤦🏻♂️
I texted my boy before the season started telling him Levshunov is a G and to watch him. If he stays healthy he will be something special.
Some of these refs need to be sent back to the coast
Totally clean hit….. lets not become the NFL with B.S. calls all that change who wins. If so I, for 1, will be out.
Refs have lost the hawks numerous games this year
This is getting ridiculous
How TF is that interference?
I asoluetly love that Dach is immediately going to pick up the puck from the net after Levshunov scored his first goal. Thats love for your teammate!!
4/5 hits of the post… so unlucky 😢
Levshunov was awesome this game!
Refs beat you again …😅
