Yeah Jalen’s not really at fault for how bad our offense has been (unless you give time to the reports saying the OCs can’t call what they want to because of Jalen).
Though our OL has been quite good at pass pro, that’s not the issue there either
The Jalen excuse making is getting too next level if your trying to set the narrative that his supporting class is anything but absolutely top tier
Y’all keep using the “total” stats combination and wonder why people keep questioning Hurts. 🤨
People forget not too long ago Sam Bradford was our qb
Terrible o line play is incredibly misleading. Pass pro has been great, Jalen has more time in the pocket than almost anyone in the league. Run blocking has been bad, not o line play.
He’s pretty damn good but he would be damn right scary if didn’t have a different OC every season of his college and professional career.
And considering that his current OC is beyond incompetent he’s having a great season so far.
At this point, nothing will convince people that Hurts is a great QB or Sirriani is a good coach. Obviously I’d like to see more from Hurts in the passing game this season besides just keeping the ball safe but to say he’s a bad QB or an average starter at best? I can name numerous teams that would pay an arm and a leg to have him under center.
