Firstly, we all saw him play against the Nuggets and stand next to Jokic, who is 6'11, plus Jokic "thinks" he is a little bit taller, and we have seen Jokic stand next to 6'9 guys like LeBron and sorts, and its not the same.
Next he had a jersey swap with Flagg, where Flagg in the image is standing in the foreground, both looking down, yet still the more relax postured Queen is still visibly bigger.
There are also pictures of them in HS, where DQ is, again, visibly taller, and neither has grown taller to my knowledge.

He measured 6’9.25″ in bare feet at the draft combine, which means he’s about 6’10.75″ in sneakers.
Your height will vary as much as an inch from AM to PM, and over the course of a week; and more men grow a bit taller after age 20 than one might think.
