Try googling the names
That last signature is Larry Quinn. He was president in the 90s and again in the mid 2000s
The Sabres were established in 1970, so if this stick was signed in years ’66-’69 then the signatures may be from the Buffalo Bisons hockey club players. I’m not sure how many, if any, records exist of the Bisons rosters/players.
As for the Sabres, I’d just run some Google searches and Hockey Reference or Hockey DB to find some older rosters.
