Jaguars-Titans rivalry runs deep as Jacksonville holds most wins against Tennessee
The Jaguars will travel to Tennessee for Sunday’s 1pm kickoff. Now, the Jags have won 26 games against the Titans, the team’s most against any team in the NFL. If you’re a Jaguars fan, you probably grew up hating the Titans and some of that resentment probably from this game. We are throwing it back to the 1999 AFC title game when the Jaguars hosted the Titans. Now, the Jags, they lost 33 to 14. This was the third loss to the Titans that season. head coach Liam Cohen has been told about this robbery and what it means to this franchise. Tony, I think mentioned it to me a few times with maybe some of the times he’s, you know, gone up there and played or or whatever it is, you know, stories of of vice versa, those guys coming down here and one of those games that we understand that uh anything can happen, right? any any given Sunday, anything can happen, but especially in division games where there’s maybe just that little extra um you know, want to on both sides.

The rivalry between the Jaguars and Titans runs deep, dating back to moments like the 1999 AFC title game when Tennessee beat Jacksonville for the third time that season. Head coach Liam Coen says he was told “early on” after being hired about the intensity of the matchup.
