49ers News: Richard Sherman not shocked at Brandon Aiyuk situation

  1. He already said in his podcast that he has insider information. He’s probably in a group chat with the boys still

  2. Sherman has always favored players in a dispute. For him to even say that the blame is 50/50 means he knows Aiyuk screwed up badly.

  3. Great quote by Sherman:

    > So, if you’re Brandon Aiyuk, and you’re like, “I don’t want to help this team,” OK. But, helping them helps you. So, going out there and being the best possible receiver you can be, being you are the receiver you were when the San Francisco 49ers paid you $30 million a year, only helps your case even if you want to go somewhere. Sitting out does not. Sitting out puts your pride before your pocket. And if you put your pride before your pocket, that’s something I cannot understand becasue it doesn’t help your family, it doesn’t help you, and it doesn’t help the point you’re trying to prove. That’s the point I don’t get.

  4. He wants to go join deebo in WAS and play with his buddy Jayden Daniels and probably wanted to become a problem so that could happen

  5. Sherman is missing the obvious. Aiyuk is done. He has his guaranteed millions and is set up for life. He doesn’t actually WANT to play anymore. He wants to get healthy and get on enjoying being wealthy

  6. Agree 100%. If BA wants to play somewhere else he has to give these teams a reason to want to sign/trade for him. Cuz as it stands right now, its been a while since we’ve seen high level Aiyuk

  7. This entire thing is just weird. It’s all weird as shit and nobody is being 100% honest which is also weird as shit.

  8. They should have dumped him last year after his stupid tweets and anti team attitude. No room for that trash from a barely top 30 receiver and plenty of talent around the league.

  9. The dude tore up his knee real bad. I think he probably irrationally blames the team and feels a lot of resentment. To forgo so much money something seems off. Hopefully he takes care of his mental health.
