Are the Rangers one of the most hated teams in hockey whether they’re good or bad?

We literally don’t think about you at all.
Definitely not imo. I’m an Avs fan so I hate the wings Vancouver and the stars.
For me yes, the rest of the league, no.
Probably top 5. Comes with the territory of having many teams geographically close to them, while also a massive fanbase of transplants across the country.
I honestly think most Rangers fans hate the Rangers more than the rest of the NHL does 😂

When they lose (ex, right now), people say theyre wasting McDavids career
When they win, (ex, 2 sc finals in a row), people suddenly are Florida or asteroid fans
I think yall are pretty cool, more of an islanders guy but that’s out of having islanders connections. the rangers jerseys are peak

Mainly irrelevant. They are always mentioned on national media because of New York. But one championship in 85 years.

That honor goes to the leafs. Now and forever.
Only cause they are the main NY team
In the top handful for sure. I think they’ll lose it if the suck goes on for too long though. At least when Henrik was in goal and the team sucked, he could still steal games. Lately they’ve just kinda sucked all around.
