Postgame speech: Packers celebrate Thanksgiving win in Detroit

How’ that turkey taste? Yes, folks. That is how you compete. That was playoff football. It took all 60 minutes, all three phases. Give it up for yourself, man. That’s what it’s going to take moving forward, too. I got three game balls, man. I got three game balls today. This first guy, he threw four tutties on the day. Hey man, like we said man, love you boys, man. Thankful on this day to do this, man. Come out. Hey, old line, man. No s boy. This next guy seat belt had two and a half sacks and in doing so became becomes the first guy in NFL history to have 12 plus in his first five years. Take that. Uh just truthfully just coming on this day playing this game, I just realized I’m just thankful for everybody, bro. Like truthfully, I’m thankful. I’m thankful to be in this position. I’m thankful that the organization believed in me and brought me here and I could do this special things with you guys. So, let’s just keep doing these special things, dog. I’m here with y’all, man. Y’all know I’m going 100% every time for y’all. So, just know that. And we going to get this. This last guy had six for 9. Bring it out. It’s the best day to tell. I’m I’m thankful for everybody in here, you know, and it’s a lot of people that keep me in it. Um, and I’m thankful for that. Uh, I never take this for granted. We just got to keep this going.

  2. Wicks’ performance reminded me of a guy who does draft grades and after Wicks was drafted, he named the pick “any other receiver” in his grade. Said we should have drafted any other WR that was still available over him. I’ll never forget how wrong he was 😂

  15. If Kraft never got injured teams wouldn’t have a chance BECAUSE next week if all goes right we will have:

    Watson
    Doubs
    Reed
    Golden
    Wicks

    With running back Josh Jacobs

    If MLF can call plays like he did today we will be near impossible to stop

    There’s just too many guys to account for

  19. Going into the Game I thought we would lose, but this was a fantastic Performance and a well deserved Win. Love looked Great, Wicks had his Breakout Game, Watson continues do Look amazing and our D absolutely had Gibbs under Control. And I do not think it has to be mentioned,but Micah is a Monster and if Garrett would not have this insane Season he would and should Win DPOY

  21. I don't know why but I just love Wooden's energy. The way he hyped up all the players as LaFleur was announcing their accolades for the day was great. I hate that Wyatt and Coop went down but I believe in the defense to figure it out going forward. The last couple weeks feel like they're settling in which is the perfect time to be doing so. GPG!

  23. Last week, MLF coached the game v the Vikings very conservatively and didn't do much with Jordan, just because they knew the Defense would leave JJ looking for Parsons under his bed. Very low-risk play, because JJ was a low-risk opponent. Today, very different coaching schema. Aggressve, lots of motion, 4th down play, lots of pressure on Goff, and contain Gibbs. Though occasionally Goff would nail a great pass for yardage and Gibbs might do one of his little juke steps to throw a block and run up the field for a big run, they were held to levels that the GB Offense could keep in front of.
