If Rasmussen had been drafted anywhere but Detroit he would’ve been Hugh Jessiman 2.0.
Never seen a guy put less effort into improving his game. Still can’t stay on his skates. Still can’t shoot or pass. No offensive IQ and even his defensive game is below average. Never gets scratched for it.
