Can Tourism ACTUALLY Support Vegas A’s? #mlb #baseball #sports

So, going back to the A’s and the volume of games they play, you do realize how many Golden Knights and Raiders seasons combined it takes to get to 81 home dates like the A’s are poised to play on the strip. That’s a lot of baseball games. The A’s stadium is set to be almost twice as big as the Golden Knights Arena. That’s a lot of butts in seats. That’s a fan base that you’re just going to have a difficult time generating. Now, I do understand there will be a honeymoon period. Baseball has already realized this that probably the first couple years are going to be excitement of, well, there’s a new team in Las Vegas. This is all new, new stadium, new everything. So, people are curious, they’ll show up. But if the A’s don’t continue to build and grow and retain players and spend on players and have an attraction, that honeymoon period is going to start and be done way sooner than you’ll ever realize.
