Like it or not with the qb and coach they have, they’re contenders until they’re eliminated
All they need to do js get to the playoffs. Who the hell in the afc do you think the cheifs have no shot against? New england? Weak schedule and no playoff experience. Denver? God awful offense. Indy? You trust Daniel jones in a playoff game? Buffalo? Mahomes owns them in the playoffs. Chargers? Jacksonville? Pittsburgh? Come on now. KC isnt nearly the team they were 2 or 3 years ago but please stop acting like the afc isnt wide the hell open this year
It’s probably recency bias or seeing things through rose colored glasses or my memory failing but I didn’t feel our Patriots were not subjected to this level of hate and vitriol that the Chiefs are getting.
Maybe 20 years of hate dulled our collective senses or thickened our skins. I don’t know. I’m just happy we are having fun again.
I can’t laugh. We were 6-6 two years ago and still made it in. I won’t jinx this until they’re dead and buried.
