New York Rangers vs. Boston Bruins | NHL Highlights | November 28, 2025

hit 26 games played this season. Lots of
hockey on the schedule and we’re happy you joined us here this afternoon. The NHL’s annual
Thanksgiving showdown. Two original six. Unable to clear the zone initially. Now the Bruins
do pass across for Gabricov with Boston in the middle of change. Gabricov takes a look
just settles for a long range shot that’s gloved and held. Alex Steves will toss this
one in. Snider takes a hit from Steves. This one cleared out though by Susi. And then Aspro
lost it to Koulie. Koulie has Paneran. Scores. Arti Paneran. Three and a half in
and the Rangers strike first. Well, back to back. Good scoring chances. The first
one was fanned on a slick little wrist shot. And you can see the first one. Will [ __ ]
causes the turnover. Makes a pass on the goal. So right away the the change in the forward line
combinations moving Will Kulie to this line with he’s got radish with her. Sam Carrick driving one
handed to the goal pin ball just wide as Lenol had it. He took a hit and lost it. Susi with a drive
on goal and the puck pops free. Corali got a good read on that. Will just jam it back to the blue
line. Rude for Lurai. Steps in. Moves it across. K with a wister. First save of the game for Shurken.
Wraparound stripper from AC. It’s a reo for Cari and they touch him across the goal line. They wave
it off. What’s going to happen to happen for the Boston Bruins whether it’s a goal or not a goal.
Jam play by Asimal right there. Cari comes in on the rebound. It’s on the left pad. Now let’s just
take a look. Goalie hasn’t got it covered yet. And certainly Tough just jams every part of the body
of Shirkin into the net. And the whistle was just going at the same time as that. And as we all
know, most would agree. I won’t say everybody, but most would agree that’s a clear and obvious
goalender interference. Here’s our Timmy Paneran across the line with speed. Dances his way through
to the slot. Cuts it back left and off. A shot from Georgia. Rebound scramble popped out of the
pile. A hit from Zapan. Long pass from Zidorov. Poked by Susi. Rangers coming in again. Miller
the drum. Laierre. The shot. Big rebound off the toe of Corposal. Have to have his shifts short and
clean otherwise those boots are going to get heavy fast. Here’s Robertson. Snaps one through traffic.
Sprayed away by Corposal. Mason Lauri comes over. A little bump ahead. Not out of the zone. It’s
kept alive. Here is Bard Arister. Swallowed up there in the last game. Savanaged. They freelanced
it. And uh they got Paneran on a set play and he had a one-timer against Carolina. Troche to
Paneran. There is a one-timer from a little bit higher out flipped in and gloved down by the
Harvard Pro product. Adam Fox. Baron hits the red line and sends it around on its way. Will Pulley
met by Sedorov. Centering pass rolls through. Susi scores. What a shot from Carson Susi to put the
Rangers up two off the Baron head. You can hear the sound of it. But again, it’s another entry
by the New York Rangers and going up against the Janol line. And then the line changes. You can see
the board battle one right there. First man in, second man supports it. And Troche was a second
man in and that’s how you get possession of the puck. And then Susie, he gets a lot on this. That
That was a outstanding shot right there. Top of the circles and steered around by Peak. It’s Tuy
right in front of that Boston bench. The backhand pass from Mitten. Mitten across the line. Weaving
shooting. Kicked out. Rebound right back to him. Dropped it off and that shot denied. Morat Nadino.
You know, it might be one of those games too where you see Fraser Mitten. And I know he’s been on
that line and it’s been very consistent, but you know, turnover by Laurai. Edstrom to the slot for
Carrick. And another save made by Corposal. Well, that was something from nothing for the Rangers.
A gift from Laura. Created a couple of chances. No icing here. Shurgle will keep it moving.
A two-line pass up ice for Edstrom. Edstrom snapped it on net from Geeki at 90 mph. He’s
hit 103 earlier this year. He can really bring it. Here’s Lynholm sent to the net off the pad of
Shurken. Picked up by Geeki. Maroon’s power play has been a strength of theirs this season. They’ve
already scored 20 power play goals. They’re at 25% fourth best in the National Hockey League. Yeah,
the difference though without Pastronaut for for Geeki. I mean, Geeki’s got to make plays and
then he’s got to get open for that one-time. Nadino handcuffs to stir. The puck was alive.
It still is at the side of the net. Referee lost sight of it and he blew it down. play around the
net on the short side. Here’s the the shot by Hu Nadine off the rebound. Juicy comes out. One hand
on his stick right over there. Just jumps over the blade of Geeki and onto his right skate. And so
it all starts with that shot. High hard one that Shurken normally can handle with the glove, but he
doesn’t. And uh Aspro wiped out and went awkwardly into the boards, but gets up okay and stays on the
ice. With as many years he spent in the miners, you think he’s going to stay down? Donovan Astro
made his NHL debut. Matte Blue Mel who was injured in Wednesday night’s game on Long Island is the
other. He’s going to be out long term. Yeah, he was injured early in that. Oh, here we
go. Stretch pass. Geeky on the backand gets it across and a save from Sharken on Steves
to the back. He lures the defenseman to him and it all starts from the Dzone. Zidorov with
that great pass. I mean that is a 90 ft bullet right on the tape of Geeki through the neutral
zone. something we haven’t seen very often in this game. And there’s that backhand pass with a
falling defenseman. Puck comes out of the zone as Panaran wrestles one away from Lynholm. Drop pass
Troche and reaching out. I caught the inside of the blocker of Corposal with the Blackhawks.
He really liked him. He scouted him and they picked him in the third round and Valuchcci
made him the captain as a 20-year-old. He made him his top center. What did they do? They
won the cup. Frasier Mitten driving got barreled into Shurken and Shurken a little slow to get
up. Oh yeah, he is. It was Lafrrenier that hit Mitten right into the Ranger goend. Mint had no
chance on that. I mean, he’s trying to score a goal. He gets bumped right into the goalender.
Shurken just now getting his stick back under control as Castellic backhands one off the body
of Braden Schneider and it comes out of the zone. But Morgan Geeky, you think about his path to
get to where he is as Cari drives down the wall and throws in the net for Sturken. Battle four
in the corner and it’s Corali unable to get it out of the zone at the blue line. That shot got
through. Kicked away by Corposal. Nifty move there from Lauri. Opens up Corali. Radish
reversing course now for Susi just inside the line. Radish circles out the drop pass. Susi
shoots again. That time produced a rebound. Puck squirts free to the end wall. Edstrom keeps
it moving. Susi now for Schneider. Continue on with a full two-minute power play. Well, the
Rangers have only had three power plays in their last three and a half games. Now they get three
in a row of Paner one timer. They score. Well, that’s that may have happened on the five on
three. Now that’s quick and that’s well set up. And Zabanad with a one-time. I actually thought
that he honestly I thought that he might have fanned on it at first. He gets himself on the far
right side and it goes I mean shorts side and in on a very severe angle. Paneran does all the work
though. He buys some time much like what Postronox does so well and yeah that is fluttering. He
didn’t get everything on that. There’s a knuckle puck on that side as you can clearly see it here
but it still had enough to go off the elbow of the goalender and then in on the short side. Still
on the power play. Ais Lynholm in the box as well. The double whammy for the penalty killers
for Boston. Another look for Zabanad. And it hit off of Jano who was in the crease making a problem
for his goalender. But Aaron Zabanadette scores a slap pass into the crease for JT Miller. And
backto back power play goals for the Rangers have opened up a four nothing lead. Two goals in
45 seconds for New York to Zabanagad. And here’s the first opportunity here. And it hits the left
shoulder. I thought it hit Jano as well. Berkkey hit the tough enough to stop. He’s got his own
teammate right on top of him. And then this half half clapper basically. I mean, what a setup that
is. And JT Miller just has to stand over to the left of the goalender with his stick firmly on the
ice. It looked like Banger. It might not even have gotten to JT Miller. Nikita Zadorov stick kind
of reached in there. You saw Zabanad go to the left top of the faceoff circle caught
the shoulder of Shurken up high off the draw open in front.
Middlestead for Lyn Hol wide batted away from an open net. Now they score. It looked like somehow that puck was going to
stay out eventually. It’s Casey Middlestat who finished it off. Well, got to give got to give
them something. And Middlestat after 40 minutes of playing on the wing moves over there, takes the
face off on that side of the faceoff dot because Lynholm the natural center as well, the right hand
shot. Now look at the traffic in front of the net. And obviously Lynholm bails out of the blue line,
but he was ninth game in 15 days for the New York Rangers, but you could say that about 3/4 of
the teams around the NHL right now. Here’s Yoki Haru. He scores. Morgan Geeki might have gotten
a piece in the high slot. And the Boston Bruins with two quick goals to start the third period.
He had two and 19 at that point. Perfe. Well, now he’s got 50 tied with dry cidle. What hands?
Oh my goodness. The kid from Strathclair, Manitoba has got some unbelievable hand eye coordination.
And this one was rising, but it was low enough to begin with and then it gets redirected lower. So,
it’s going higher, then it gets tipped lower and an impossible save for the goalender to make
it. There’s Geeki still on the back end. Now, he curls. Hands off for Casey Middlestead.
Middlestead. They give him some room. He sends it to the front. It’s poked away. Pinching in as
Lynholm. Can’t come up with it. Lafernier with an empty net. Waiting. Got it. Alexi Lafrrenier
makes it a three-goal lead for the Rangers as he puts one into the empty net. Trying to get behind
the net and kind of force a play rate here. And you you can see there’s there’s all five Ranger
sweaters, all white sweaters there. It would be very difficult to make that pass there. Still lots
of time. I think if he had to do it again, he’d hold on to the puck and go around the net. This
one picked out by Corposalo. Both Posternok and Zaka finished the game on Wednesday night on Long
Island. Barely. That’s a shot. They tip and score bench area. Fox makes the pass. Troche
with the shot. And the aerodynamics. One more faceoff win for the
Rangers who win the hockey game and the Thanksgiving showdown
by a score of 6-2 on the road in

  1. I took a chance working my 12-hour shift and came home to watch this and took a gamble and luckily they won. I have another 12-hour shift tonight. Mika, breadmman and Igor and the rest of the team came through. Now let's win at home and be a team to contend with both road and home. Let's go Rangers.

  2. I cant stress hard enough how much I WANT Bruins to tank. Even if we got to playoff, nothing would come off it anyway, so why try? Dont know what happened to Pastrnak or Zacha but if they were sit down just to chill, im down for it.

  3. If the announcers are going to be this bad they may as well just switch to Ai. Is it that hard to find people to call a game? And this is the Thanksgiving game? Wait are these the Boston regular announcers? I remember them being bad but entertaining because of their inability to use the letter "r". Also, YouTube you are so greedy with the commercials during these 11 min videos. 4, really?
