Get him out. For everyone saying it’s the players too I 100% agree, but to have the offense you do and not create a winning game plan is crazy. Players were trusting that as a coach you’d figure it out and you haven’t/didn’t is crazy. Players feed off the energy of their coach and teammates, playing with heart and fight starts at the top. Say what you want about the players not playing with heart and fight and not performing their best, it’s true, but it’s also true that our OC has proven that he is not what this organization is.
