Mammoth vs. Stars | NHL Highlights | November 28, 2025

At center ice, it’s Stenland and Tyler Sean. The 
puck is dropped. We are underway from American Airlines Center. Fight for it and Rope Hints. 
The chip and chase. Goals in three straight for hints. Point per game on the season and 
in ahead. Vanichek stops it. Got it past Beck in the corner. Kyler Yamamoto out to center. 
And then Logan Koulie darts in with Gunther. Fed there. Gunther. [ __ ] He scores. And the 
man we talked about in the open, Logan Culie, who has paced Utah in scoring, needs just 57 
seconds to open it here tonight. Try to hold the blue line. It slips past him. You know, the 
number one rule always with Dman is either get the puck or get the man. If you don’t, you 
get an oddman rush against. They’re able to go back and forth. That doesn’t usually 
unfold either. Don’t take away the pass, force him to shoot. It’s a dunk. The Stars are 
in. Nico Rantin fed to the left. Hasten. Mero Hasten down and deep and a rising shot. Rode up 
and off for Vanichek. Kept in the zone. Lindell to the right. Hastin in front. Rant and put. 
Fought for sure shot. Mirro Hastin nailed him right in the mind. And after that they work it 
down deep into the right wing corner. that back door play. I think even Vanichek was wondering 
whether he had enough. Jamie Ben occupying faceoff controlled by the Mammoth jersey 
from the wing and Ager makes the stick save. Regular season was pretty much cut short 
right around this time just after Thanksgiving. Robertson shot fired up and Vanichek with the 
save. Man shot it right through Nate Schmidt. Good stop. Yamamoto off for [ __ ] who’s 
got the goal and bunted out of harm’s way by Sean. Robertson takes a look. Has it left 
wing side. Delays in deep. Fed it towards the front. Kept alive. Hastin and tripped up. Turn 
it over on a pass and Krauss will deliver the other way. Krauss over the blue line trying to 
split through a pair. Got it. Tight shot in on top of Andre. made the save. Sort of looked off 
a little bit. He had Robertson the forward back there on defense. Lindell thought he was going 
to give that puck to Tyler Sean up ice and they miscued. Power play time here for the Mammoth. 
A half minute remains on it. They set up the five on four. Mixing in some final changes to 
get the correct personnel out. It’s Sergeev in front. Save on the rebound not cleared and 
then turned over to Robertson. Sergeev had it. Tried to just feed it to the slot. Wound up 
handing it over to the Stars leading point. So Sergachev the drop and here is Schmaltz. Final 
seconds on the power play. Clayton Keller across for Gunther hands it to [ __ ] who’s got the lone 
goal. Hint is out of the box in front and Gunther turned away by Anger after the one in overtime. 
Here’s Ritz Kovian in got caught and a pull away from Simishv and then Kappo Biano through 
traffic and it’s Stenlet wearing a full bubble the full face shield last week took a big shot 
from Cole Reinhardt in the game against Vegas. Carone has a man in front. It got through high 
Marino. Set it to the left and Rooney scores. Kevin Rooney a late add to the lineup because of 
illness to Barrett Hayden. He’s making his Utah debut. The mammoth to double the lead. Calgary 
flame last year. The stars just could not get them stopped up. You could see Essa Lindell had 
trouble with the entry. Mural Hasten and tried to help out. Just looked like one of those sequences 
where they’re trying to do each other’s jobs a little bit. constantly chasing the puck and Auter 
gets beat high on the furious fight for it. Three on either side drifts into the trapezoid comes 
around where Lindell awaits it up at the point. Drags wrist shot tip still loose. Same. Vanichek 
on Maverick Bourc and it’s cleared. They’ve got two at the net front as they work it up high. Miro 
Heskinan back for Rantin methodically taking their time. One-time score. Roe Hints was camped out in 
front. Got a piece of the rampant in shot. Hint runs his goalc scoring streak to four straight. 
I love the way they they contract first. They go to the net front and then they spread out. The 
blast comes through. Pence is not only screening, but the stick’s available. And that ripper 
from distance, does it touch his stick? Does it go off Krauss, the penalty killer? 
And slide. He gave him the pump. Anyway, that did not take long. 19 seconds. Now, can they 
convert the other side of the double minor? The hand off for Rantinan who’s quickly back on. 
Nico Rantin down the left wing. Stars trying to tie it up here in the closing minute in front. 
Hits denied. Kept alive. They were looking for Lindell. Quite a bit in the game. They they 
haven’t been that connected. Not as connected as we’ve seen. And a lot of room and neutral ice 
for the mammoth to blow through. There been a lot of what just happened on the end boards. Big 
hits. Box. Simished turned over. Ben scores. Simv lost the skate blade. Could not stand up. 
The puck went right to the captain. Heavy hit on the end boards. Give an assist to Radic Fox 
for driving him in there. Stars keep it alive. They get the wonderful double bounce past a 
couple of Mammoth defenders. Watch this puck. Bounce. Bounce. Z captain goes against the 
grain. Little knee dip from Vanichek. He was in the dressing room getting repairs. Worked 
himself onto the backand was an advantage for the Stars that he did that tough play 
by Maverick. Scores with a shot. They score. Jason Robertson gets his own rebound. 
Dallas has flipped the score upside down. you can do as a coach is look at the drama monitor 
at your feet and then stare off into the abyss. Backto back goals by the stars for check. That’s a 
defenseman Kell Biano who ends up pressuring Nate Schmidt. Stars were getting their change in game. 
Schmaltz unable to center it through Petravic. Stolen back though by the mammoth Keller. He’s 
shot gloved. Hunter who’s been aggressive and out to challenge was ready for that one. 
And mastadonic little glove grab on the mammoth. Robertson tried to reverse the puck in 
behind the net and turned it over and he’s just standing there staring ater. Make the save 
please. Working against Marino. Back for Bishial. His slap shot wound up taking the stick 
of Carone and sending it rink wide. Mamemoth the other way off the outside of Crouch’s skates and 
knocked down and scored by McBain. He knocked it down in the crease and then buried it home 
on a bouncing puck. Broken play. Utah ties it late in the second and defend. Everybody’s 
chasing to their net. It’s never a good thing, especially second periods. And it’s an ugly. They 
call these greasy goals. They’re able to change the point of attack a couple of times. Not pretty 
effective obviously in a tie game. Robertson got it away from Dery. Fed across a shot that rattled 
out and the Stars couldn’t put home the rebound at the other end. Stars with some puck pressure 
of their own to win that puck. Great hustle by Robertson. Lindell his ripper went off bodies. 
Close call again for the Stars to punch back. Then Hastes and turned it over. Purka to Keller. 
Shot and the save from Anger. Tenev ridden off and the Stars are in. Ritz Kovian. Slide pass. 
Bour in tight. Save made and Kappo Biano drives it. They reloaded for Rantin. As dangerous a home 
power play as there is in the league. Hasten it. Rantin it across. Score. Lyan Johnston adds 
to his league leading total. Gives the lead back to Dallas and they’ll stay up a man. Nice 
finish. This is a warlock pass from Miko Rantin. Soon does he have I mean you have to thread the 
needle through three players puts it right on the blade. The kid dusts it. Understands he’s got 
to get it up off the ice a little. He does. Man, great effort by VTEC. 20. Those key defensive 
zone draws. Stars playing in front. Rich Kovian delays. Vanichek the save. The rebound is covered 
up. One end nearly potted at the other. Nice work in the corner from the Stars, but Vanichek with 
the crease stamp. Centered it off of Foxa. Then right back to the net front, but out of the 
reach of Foxa. Here comes Utah. Purka a cutting Keller and the save from Anger. Simv stepped 
in to keep the puck down low. Keller wrapping, shooting, and taken by the Stars. They fling 
it out of play into the Utah bench and Krauss in the corner. Funnled it low. Wrap around in 
front. Puck is loose. McBain a couple swipes at it. Wouldn’t get it to go. [ __ ] for 
Keller on the right wing across Sergachev. Gunther bottom of the dot. Shot saved by 
Anger. It’s Dery. fed it down in deep, centered and off of Sergachev. It crawled out. It 
is triple zero’s on the clock as the stars hang
