Jim Harbaugh Postgame Press Conference Vs Titans | LA Chargers

Any update on Joel? No, don’t have an update. Just uh how tough is it to see him go down again? Obviously, getting past back last week against Minnesota for you guys. Yeah. Um yeah, feel that. Feel that. Feel for him. Feel bad for him. How do you think we want to play without Joe today? The um dug deep, found a way. Uh I mean just a gritty great win. Uh when it comes to uh probably highlight from talk about finding a way. I mean how many ways did we find a way to win that game and starting with the goal line stop and uh you know taking the ball from our from our own half yard line and uh driving it all the way down for a touchdown. And along the way, I mean, uh, great, uh, great drive starter, uh, hitting Aronda on the, uh, on the corner route, play action from our own end zone, and big pick up by Keenan on, uh, the third and five from the 20. U, incredible back shoulder catch by by Quinton. uh and after he had the incredible touchdown catch and two tremendous tremendous throws uh just uh found a way and um and the next time we had the u the drive at the end of the game by the offense. Um also Trey Harris, you know, big play Jay uh Jared Patterson had some had some big key runs. Um it was a gritty tough win and um you know I love our love our fourth quarter personality. Um things weren’t going you know we we uh made some mistakes early and and um uh but our guys just never flinched, never buckled and uh found a way to win the game. You the lines been decimated since the training kid. It seems like every time you know someone comes back another person gets injured. Have you ever been in a situation like this where you’re you’re down particularly at the tackle position? You guys have gone through so many players like have you been in a position like this before and how do you navigate that? Just dig deep, keep digging deep and uh and guys step up and that’s uh that’s what you do. Um yeah, sometime you can say get your uh find it find team finds itself in a situation where it’s got its back against the wall. I mean, that’s uh that’s when you find out who you really are and uh felt that that’s what our guys did today. Uh dug deep, gritty win, found a way to win. Jim, Justin was leading rusher today for 70 almost 70 yards against the Vikings. Do you look at that as a guy doing what he needs to do, it’s all good, or is it a concern if a guy’s running that much? Um yeah, the um first thing that pops in my head for Sam is that like uh Justin Herbert by now there’s there’s no other ways I think that he could impress, you know. Uh but then every time I think that then he finds a way to uh you know it’s like another rung on the ladder of esteem. Um, yeah, he’s he’s that he’s that guy. He’s that competitor. He’s that that that uh kind of player that it’s reserved for the great ones that that find a way and they’ll do it do it uh whatever the situation presents. Um, but I mean some of those runs I mean I mean I mean the physical nature of those run I mean looked like Larry Zonka uh at times uh just what a player what a player superstar the score was more lopsided than it got in the final score. At least in our opinion it was. But how big was that goal line stand in the half yard line there to be able to switch and march down the field 99 and a half yards? That was that was huge. uh the the defense role. Great credit to uh to um all all of all all of our players. Elijah Molden made a made a heck of a play. Let’s uh you know, just stepping in, stepping up, digging deep, uh making the play, you know, when it has to be made and um yeah, that that was huge. And then um kept seven points off the board. you know, that was uh ended up being the the difference in the in the in the score of the game. So, uh how big was that? Huge. And then what the offense did with the ball uh you know, 99 yards at at 99 and a half. I mean, the chances of that are low win percentage wise, I I think, you know, it’s uh and and they uh they did it, you know. So, uh, keep, uh, keep building, keep keep stacking, and, uh, you know, onward. Any update on Bobby? Uh, no. I think that they reported it growing. It’s he had some ankle, too. There’s ankle involved. So, just put pressure once again. Just what what has impressed you, I guess, over the last two weeks of the way you guys been able to get after? Yeah, I mean, we we got pressure. We they or they had a few sacks in they had sacks and then we got sacks you know that was big. Adafay uh you know that was great. Tulie uh Khil U Day Deon you know with a with a huge sack. Um and then just really really started making plays when you know when they were when they were there and um our defense really dug deep and and uh got the stops when we needed especially on the goal line as advertised. I mean he’s like four sacks in four games. Four. Yeah. What you were looking for from the guy? Yeah. Yeah. Uh yeah. He’s uh that’s been uh that was something that uh you know he’s given us a a big boost in that area and uh yeah glad we got him. Fantastic. Adolf the more sacks he gets the better I learn his name. I’m going to I’m going to I’m learning his name like I know my own

  1. I hope Alt doesn’t pick up the career injury bug like Bosa did. I know it’s two different positions but Alt really makes a difference.

    💙💛💙GO CHARGERS💙💛💙

  2. Hopefully Hart back in week or 2. Alt seems like multi week absense, hopefully not too long. Either way, need to trade for an OT plus add an RB. Just have no choice but to make trades. Special teams has to improve as giving up a TD is inexcusable. Defense balled out but offense giving up pick 6 plus special teams otherwise game isnt close wouldve been 27-6 win.

  3. It's honestly so sad how bad the o line is, yet they just don't do anything to try and fix it.. also they need to work on the damn run game, badly. Glad we got the W though.🙄

  4. Salyer best position is probably LT. No Alt we might have to ride with what we have. D and ST need to be better, O might be inconsistent, only Herbert will have to carry the offense. BTFU

  5. Geez people yr 2, 1st yr no money, next yrs FA O Linemen fantastic n worth the money, not like those this yr…yr 3 is the start of a 5 yr run…ur friggin lucky coach is even getting us in a playoff game possibilities…ur expectations are unreasonable…get a clue people…

  6. “How do you feel about your interior offensive line playing so bad to the point where they are the reason your tackles are getting hurt?” Should of been the first question lol

  7. The irony of glazing JH, while simultaneously doing everything in your power to ensure he takes season ending injury. ridiculous. stop trading for RBs and trade for some O linemen. expecting 5th string players to "dig deep" is like getting blood from a stone
