Honestly surprised how good we did stopping the run with all our starting LBs out!!!! Defense had some great plays!!!

I’m sure that Burden remembers that the Packers thought Matthew Golden was a better WR than him and that’s why they selected him ahead of Burden in the first round.
I’m expecting a big game from him next Sunday.

No one should blame John Clark for what he said. Those are true stats. Sirianni/Patullo are idiots for not attacking the Bears defense in the run game. They had 0 starting LBs. Some were 3rd stringers. It’s mind blowing that Barkley didn’t have at least 25 carries that game. They aren’t the smartest guys in the room, they succeed because of talent.
With that said, you can’t fix stupid. Suck it Eagles. That team just got destroyed by the Bears run game. Da Bears showed them who’s boss and how to control a game. Bear down!
Nah its the game where the 2nd string rookie 7th rounder gets his 2nd 100 yard rush game of the season while the starter also goes for over 100. I’m not taking anything away from the bears, but the eagles kind of suck
I watched an Eagles post game after the game. The first thing one of the commenters did was say how their loss was inexcusable because the Bears are a bad team, who “are not elite at a single thing”.
Yet the Bears are the #1 running team, top 5 offense overall, have the #1 turnover differential and lead the NFL in takeaways. We also are currently the #2 seed. So we are objectively elite at several key aspects to playing winning football, yet this guy’s job is to watch football for a living and he still doesn’t even know basic facts.
Basically, it is obvious that most people only watch their own team and get their opinion about other teams based on whatever narrative First Take or PFF chooses to put out for the sole purpose of generating clicks.
