Guessing game: Name this Adam Lowry comparison

The difference between this other centre at the same age and Lowry is almost exclusively just that Lowry shoots the puck less, and has lower personal/on-ice shooting percentages (whether that's due to talent, luck, linemates, usage, or mix of all of the above, I'll let you decide).
