  2. Kane is in the worst shooting slump of his life. Missing open nets. Maybe still hurt, who knows. Had no expectation he would hit this vs a goalie who'd been great on the night. You don't break a slump like that in a shootout vs a hot goalie.

    Confidence is shot. And that awful coach didn't put him out in OT w DeBrincat (before the penalty) even after Kane had made the play late to tie the game. He put awful Emmitt Finnie out ahead of him AGAIN. Unbelievable coach. No wonder he's failed everywhere he's gone. Almost 20 years now of miserable failure for McLellan.
