Mammoth vs. Blues | NHL Highlights | November 29, 2025
It’s always about the team first, but now it’s
time to drop a puck. Right before faceoff, we saw Gordon Ky, Robert Thomas, all the Blues
players in their starting lineup curve. They go over to give Clayton Keller a tap on the pass.
Classy act right there. Bruce Snugarude Holloway using his speed, forces the turnover, backhands
it on, and a rebound picked up by Holloway behind the net. And then the speed of Dylan Holloway.
He led things off here. A quick little backhand chance. Down into the corner it goes. Joseph.
That’s to Jenko. Strats the last couple back in there. Joseph with a wrap around. Sunquist
nearly pounded it in. Right into his glove. Here is Matthew Joseph again. Simple. Get it to
the net. Look at the bodies all going there. You just saw Torchenko and Sunquist miss. Predictable
game. Blues get it ahead. Kyru in negates ice. Schmidt’s going to check him. Neighbors onto the
puck. Kyu at the goal line. Centers Perico right on and a save into the glove of Belka. Just bang
bang bang chances. Look at this pass from Kyu over the stick of Elmelcoa who’s moved the puck out
of the zone. Torup Jenko up ice with it. Gets it over the line on Schmaltz. Keller tried to
clear it. Kept in down low to Jenko right on the doorstep. Gets his foot kicked out from under
him after Venka made another save. One of the greatest humans in the game. Oh yeah, boy. He
called him the factor. He was quite the leader. One of the single greatest trades in the history
of the franchise to get him from Buffalo. Utah makes the play along the far wing. They get it
loose behind the net. Racing there is Braden Shen who came from the bench. They hold it in.
Faulk with a shot and they’ll go another save. That power play to me was really driven by the man
we’re celebrating number thousands. Reach to the near wing. Goes to Holloway in the corner. Back
over to Faulner. Circle shot on Vulka the save. Go for a hold on. Make the play. He likes to
hold on to that puck a little more than Jordan Bennington does. That goes back in behind the net.
Sunquist there to break it up. Mammoth hold it in. Schmidt. Big swing and a miss on that one. And
it comes back to Schmid who holds the line to Gunther. Gunther with a wrist shot on. Blocker
saved. Oh, he was going to dump it in. Justin Faulk told me he knew he could go back to school.
The scout bridge said there’s a chance you can make the NHL this next year. So he said that’s why
he decided to take it. Cool leaves it. They fire right on the save. Scrambling pucker knocks it
away. You know, he opens up that palm curve. It’s just a thin layer of leather on the on the bottom
palm side. You know, to flip it over is a lot more protect protection there. Sergeant Jeff Keller
the shot. Wow. Right off the post and Dery’s going to hold it in. The Blues are certainly getting
after it. The last attempt for Utah. Watch Nick Schmolz’s stick right there. Dink. Just a little
bit, just enough. And that’s what kind of threw Joel Hoffer off. Denlin’s going to work it up to
[ __ ] Coolie’s got it on the near side. Fires it on. And a save made there by a glove of Hoer. Here
he is in a bomber robo camp. Look at the strides, the crossover, the linear crossovers. Left,
right, left, right. Kind of throws Logan Mayu off a little bit. keeps him on the heel. But
look at the way Logan gets his stick out. Yes, absolutely. You’re a big guy. Use a big stick.
Get it out. Going to shut this one off. Marino’s going to dump the puck in and back down in behind
the net. Played away by Pereo. Taked by Barrett Hayden to get it in front. Two guys are there.
Her with a pad on it that puck up. You know, Hayden’s just going to kind of spin and throw
this puck there. Clayton Keller once again at the doorstep. You know this schmaltz and Keller
combination they they have been deadly against the St. Louis Blues organization for quite some
time. Opportunity for improvement as it bounces into Braden Shen. They’re minus 10 on home ice in
the second. They get it out. They’ve got numbers. But Navage to the middle to Butch Navage. Vela
the sliding save. Puck comes back. Another save by Vla denying denying D’vor. He’s going to jump.
It ends up becoming a threeon two. Brover slides it to Boo Ne. How about that save right there by
Bela? He slides over. Almost does the full splits. D’vorski gets an opportunity. What’s the glove
doing over there? That doesn’t that doesn’t that doesn’t look right. With a shot under the glove
that apparently looks right. Thomas to center. Neighbors over the line with a shot and a blocker
saved and Ela back behind the net off neighbors. Penalty kill for the Blues has allowed just one
goal the last six games going 10 for 11. It has been a big improvement in a needed area. It’s
turned over and Thomas shorthanded fires and that one line of the goal. Keller fakes the shot passes
into the middle. Miss Schmaltz Gunther recovers on the far side. 60 seconds gone. Here’s a shot on
and a glove save by Her Utah up ice. Bring it in. Rober and Perico defending. Koulie hands it off.
Cole shot off the pad of Herford. 14th. Terasenko at 16th. That same 2010 draft. Houston’s got the
puck. Gives to Snugaroon and he fired it. And got a piece of it and Utah will look to clear it
out. Boy, we had a great angle of that shot, didn’t we? And the shot is just so impressive
and it’s something that’s bringing fans to the edge of their seat. Boy, from the back view of
that, it gets on and off his stick so quickly. To the line. Fowler with a shot and Snugaroo in
front. Couldn’t get the deflection in. It creates a twoon one the other way. [ __ ] with Carone.
Carone digs in. Tries to tuck it in and Hopper makes the save and then it’s Holloway at the goal
post and they should be thanking their lucky stars that nothing happens here. Logan Kohley. He’s
the gentleman that had a hat-tick last time they played. He’s going to set up Carone here on the
back door. Beautiful pass and then watch the help that Joe Hoer gets. Carone is trying to drag it
around and look at Holloway Yamamoto to the goal line. [ __ ] lost it on a great play by Robert
Thomas and the Blues get it out. Brober skating on Brober to the drop pass. Holloway score. Dylan
Holloway stick side, rips the net inside the post. One- nothing Blues. 150 to go. Second period. Wait
for your opportunities. Take what’s given. A great battle in the Dzone by Robert Thomas. And there’s
Broberg once again joining the rush. This kid is all over the place. He’s going to lead the rush. A
great trail pass on the backhand. Dylan Holloway. Where else? Far side. Usually that’s low glove
on Vmela who catches on the opposite hand. Now Sergeev fans on the shot. Blues come in on threeon
two. Sorchenko tried to drive the net. Lost it as he tried to pull it to the forehand. Pico gets the
line and to Joseph to Pareo. Slap shot deflected off to Jeno down past the goal. Chance to get a
hold of this game late in the second. Back door they go. What a play by Cole. Coming back to
Thomas goal line slot shot blocked Thomas again far wing one-time wide blues recovers a foul up
by one and that puck ends up out of the zone down to 25 seconds to go in the McBain penalty even
handed a penalty for delay of game. Who’s trying to extend the lead Kyrie in shot deflected wide
of the net trying to get to the far wing. Good check by Kyrie. Allows Fowler to get it all
the way with a drive right on free to Purka from Keller to Purka the center back to him home.
Keller lifted it up. Her got a piece and I really like the decision as Circuit played it very well.
Clayton Keller here. He’s trying to tie this game up. There’s one. There’s two. He tries to lift it
right and Mayu finally gets it out. He creates a twoonone. Chin with the Borski fires they milk
of the save. The puck out of play. Utah is going to circle their net as Gunther dropped it off as
they move to our left into the blue zone for Oberg there. The puck fired in front and Pareo breaks it
up now at Kyu. I say this year, I mean this season obviously 2026 in February. That injury last
year really kind of rented his chances. Good stick by Hoper on a save. The puck out of play.
I think the question was is why didn’t I think and it’s a fair question. Well, if you thought
it was severe enough to review it, why didn’t an arm go up? I I don’t think that why there was
much there. I don’t think there was any extension of the leg from Torpeno. That’s why I don’t think
there was originally a call. Sergeev at the point not at Carone sends it to the goal line. They get
it straight away. Sergich have a shot blocked off Roberg gets out of the zone and good course
by B but B but B but B but B but B but B but B but B but B but shorthanded in shota the save
90 seconds to go in the fiveminute major handed to Torupchenko they go to the right wing with it
deflected on Her makes the save and that puck back to the near wing up to Sergachev to Keller Keller
leaves it Gunther pressured by promise. They had four four guys out there. Didn’t even recognize JJ
Purka. He misses blank shot. Now they have five. Perska there. One minute to go. Shot wide. Coming
around to Purka far wing. Serge wired on. Hooper again. Boberg sends it out. There hasn’t been a
whistle. This happened with Drew Banister and he just covered up. Got to cover it up. There you
go. And that’s what he does. Remember the Blues gave up a goal in that situation. You had some
Non-stop action here in this third period. Yes, we have Jim Montgome. He keeps going back with
this fourth line. Purka shoots it. Save. Her gets the cover up. Watch Purka shoot this puck.
Watch how everyone just converges in. Here comes Holloway. See him kind of release folks there.
There’s Joseph Sunquist is going to stop and it bounce over his stick, but he holds it in. Gunther
with 60 seconds to go. Thomas tied him up. Utah’s going to get it back. Stinley behind the net off
Keller to keep him to the outside. Thomas to the far wing to defend. Smokes with a shot line of
the goal. Freezing to it. Sunquist not in time. Gunther off Stenland missed it. Keller to the far
wing. Broberg with the pressure on. Dery going to Keller. Keller with a shot. It’s knocked down.
Stenland got it back. Yeah, Ray really going to keep him right there in the Utah wins the draw
now. 22 seconds to go. They get it to Sergey to Gunther. Gunther with a shot and misses the
goal. Back to the blue line. One- nothing Blues. Deflected shot in front. Who finds it? Blue’s got
a piece of it. Diving to get it out. Give him a boo. Four seconds to go. Dury slaps it on. Puck
to the near wing. F to the puck. Bring out the Zamboni. One nothing. Caboo have won two in a row.
And Joel Hoffer with his second shut out of the

They need to go back to old jerseys only way they win it seems 4 and o with them
I was at the game. Why was there no replay shown of the torepchenko major penalty?
Some pretty questionable officiating this year so far.
There's a major penalty called in the 3rd period of a 1-0 game and the NHL video editors didn't think it was worth putting into the highlight reel for the game???!! Do they just select clips at random because apparently they have no clue what's actually important events in a hockey game.
Hofer is underrated.
Sweet!
This is what I like to see, blues playing for each other never giving up plays and just all gas no breaks
