Also, the NBA's investigation into the Kawhi Leonard situation is still pending. Will be interesting to what the penalty is for that. Could end up being another unprotected first round pick or even more.

At this rate Ballmer might be so embarrassed about his franchise that he might not even want to show up to his own All Star weekend, because his franchise is such a shit show.

  1. They could potentially get huge value for Zubac on a 3/60 deal.

Dunn batum Jones could be dealt.

They dont have to blow it up but they should try and re tool

  2. Clippers are going to be bad for a long time. Kawhi’s trade value is just not good. They waited too long for Harden, Zubac can get them something but his stock definitely has fallen since last year. Collins has at least played well.

its difficult to see a future for them unless they really go scorched earth and take a swing on a couple younger players

  3. Even the old man Lakers from 3-4 years ago put up a better fight than the Clippers have this season

  4. I figure he’ll get off light not just because it’s Ballmer, but because the Clippers are such a shitshow

  5. What can the NBA take as a penalty? It’s like trying to recover debt from a homeless person!

Worst they can do to the franchise is to ban them from trading any player for the next year and force the team to stay in poverty got a little while longer…

  6. I thought getting rid of Norman Powell was kinda silly when it happened but now it’s starting to seem like a generational mistake. He would’ve won them a few of these games. If OKC gets a top 3 pick in this next draft the league is cooked.

  7. Watched Kawhi against the Lakers. He looked like just a guy. Couldn’t save the offense without Harden. Wasn’t really a factor defensively.

  8. It all started with Brody asking for George to be his teammate in OKC. Experiment didn’t work out, Kwahi was going to go to an LA team, LAL fans were tracking Kwahi’s flight, and he was going to complete the trifecta of Bron, AD and himself in Lakers, turning them into a perennial contending team.

Clippers call Kwahi up, tell him he can construct his team, and he basically asks for 13. 13 comes from OKC, and out goes Shai, million other players, and a billion FRPs.

George opens up a podcast, obviously has his injuries, Kwahi has his, but these Clippers still end up in the WCF of 2021. Here, its pertinent to note how Kwahi got injured through the semis and George had led the team to the Finals. So ofcourse, this could have worked, until it didn’t.

So now, Podcast P is booming, Kwahi is magically never available, then makes a comeback video (also starred in a music video?), George is called the GOAT by a rookie and so on.

13 gets a better bag at Sixers, and Harden wants out to a new team. Meanwhile the Lakers have also dumped Brody to the Clippers. So Sixers and Clippers shake hands, exchange the two “superstars” (because to me, only Harden is, not 13). Now Harden is sweating off like a horse trying to will the Clippers to not lose more than they win, while George is still trying to be a bit more serious and contend rather than creating content. Oh and Brody? He played great D at the Clippers, starred in photo of the year. He’s seen the courts of Nuggets in the meantime, and now is leading the Kings. Meanwhile, OKC has the best offensive and defensive team where their number one doesn’t have to play the fourth quarter, is coming off of an MVP, WCFMVP, FMVP year, and this team is projected to win 74 games, with their second best player missing games all this while. And they may have a lottery pick, maybe top 5 in the coming draft, if Harden fails in his carry job.

LAL too, won a Chip in 2020 in the bubble, and are still contending. They now have a three headed dragon on the offence themselves. And oldman Bron’s knees are operating better than Kwahi and George combined.

All of this mess, because Brody wanted George to win it all with OKC. OKC did win, after getting rid of KD, Brody, Harden, and George.

  9. “Time For A New King In LA”

    “Driven over Given”

“The right way over the easy way”

    “Streetlights over Spotlights”

..Some official Clippers billboard or fan slogans since signing Kawhi.

    (The Thunder surely are thankful)

  10. I was so mad that he strung the Lakers along until most free agents were signed but now I’m so glad he did that and got us a championship squad

  11. Thank god Masai didn’t give into trading for Paul…. Like why sell your teammates after getting a chip

    Karma is weird lol

  12. Clippers’s curse is so bad that it is affecting the whole league, basically handed OKC a dynasty.

  13. Clippers organization getting all they deserve right now. I feel sorry for the players and coaches that are innocent bystanders. The Clippers best bet right now is to have a fire sale and try to build back their draft capital because the next 2-3 years are going to be rough, I hope the NBA lays the hammer down after the All Star game. Kawhi and Ballmer suspended for a year and Kawhi remainder of contract voided but still counts against the cap. Uncle Dennis banned from acting as an agent for life. Loss of draft picks. Really the NBA should’ve transferred the ASG to the Lakers to ease the logistics of moving everything.
